Tuga Hotel

The most beautiful yurt hotel in Hulunbuir on this trip. The hotel upgraded the room, which is clean and sanitary. The scenery is great, the dinner tastes good, there is a bonfire party and fireworks at night, and I can see the starry sky. I will come back and stay for a few more days if I have the chance.

We really enjoyed our stay at Tuga. The yurts are very comfortable and beautiful. The place is incredible, surrounded by nature and animals. They have a very cute dog. You can get there by taxi from Hailar for about 150 yuan, which is better than the pick-up service they offer. The restaurant is a bit pricey; I recommend bringing food if you're staying for a few days. Breakfast is included and is very good. I must say, however, that I highly recommend bringing earplugs, as the yurts are not soundproofed. People stay outside talking until very late, making it impossible to sleep. The hotel should ensure that guests remain quiet during rest hours.

The campsite has a very good environment, delicious meals, and the front desk lady is considerate and thoughtful. The view of the Mohe River from the campsite's own viewing platform is as good as that of the South Bank, and the price-performance ratio is first-class.

A very good experience. I had prepared for the worst before arriving, expecting the cleanliness and service to be subpar when staying on the grasslands. However, the service and sanitation exceeded my expectations. The staff met me at the main entrance, and my luggage was delivered directly to my door. Because I didn't carefully read the signage for rooms with and without a view when booking, I stayed in a riverside room in the back row on my first night. The second night, I paid the difference and upgraded to a riverside room. The view was amazing, and I walked right out the door onto the grasslands. The cleanliness was excellent. After staying two nights, I witnessed the full check-out cleaning process. All the amenities in the room were replaced, even my toiletries. A dedicated person also performed pest control and disinfection throughout the room, and my luggage was taken directly to the parking lot. There was a bonfire party in the evening, and you could order food from the on-site restaurant. The staff also provided sunrise and sunset times, and called to let me know if there was a rainbow. Just walk to Qushui Yuntian with your room card and you're in. Overall, it was a great experience. I'd stay here again.
