從前台辦理入住時，工作人員就熱情又高效，還貼心地給我推薦周邊美食。房間乾淨得發亮，床品軟乎乎的，一沾枕頭就睡着。衞生間洗漱用品齊全，品質也不錯。早餐中西式都有，食材新鮮，味道超讚。周邊交通便利，打車直接可以到酒店門口來接，下次來這邊，這家酒店肯定還是我的首選！

打車説酒店名【原人防賓館】肯定找得到，妥妥的鬧中取靜，離避暑山莊一橋之隔，但就遠離喧囂，住宿和吃飯還説不定能看到山景，心情美麗。由於有長者孩子來得早，客服人員貼心找了安靜房間。就是512窗景色更好，但門有點沉修一修吧。
圖一是大廳，圖二是旁邊的洗衣房，圖三是電梯間，圖四是房間。進門掛衣服地方夠，兩床側邊都是桌方便放東西，屋裡連接廁所可以聽音樂，小客人非常喜歡，非常利於午休放鬆，洗澡水壓很好，馬桶智能。門口客服很周到，服務很到位。早餐主要是中餐，可以煮餛飩麪條，也有咖啡，美中不足沒麪包，外國客人需要入鄉隨俗哦，牛奶非常濃郁，不愧是臨近內蒙古，奶都質量高起來啦。去承德避暑山莊剛好看陰天的煙雨樓，第三天藍天白雲看小布拉宮非常漂亮。非常滿意的一次旅途。可以走路過橋，十幾分鍾一公里有金龍商場吃飯購物方便。

按照之前既定計劃，我倆決定在承德休息一晚轉天溜達溜達再回家，前幾天我就訂了這家麗楓，感覺設施滿意，房費不貴。今天我和妻子從達來諾日開車回來一進酒店停車場，雖然酒店停車場在山坡上但寬敞平坦，且充電車位夠用。
大廳明亮温馨，房間乾淨利落，設施全新，充電器插座插口齊全，除了usb還包含type-c。雖然是2025年開業的，但是一點兒都聞不出來是新裝修的。
洗烘設備齊全，前台還提供洗衣凝珠。服務周到熱情，酒店距離避暑山莊900多米，酒店還可幫忙聯繫導遊服務。

前台小於實在是太太太太可愛啦 超級熱情 説什麼事情都可以很快解答 我們是一路走一路玩 完全沒有做攻略 到了酒店以後行程被安排的明明白白 新開的酒店真的很乾凈 設施也很齊全 服務真的很好！！強烈推薦！！！

入住體驗很一般，屋子很小，剛裝完修，屋裡一股新裝修的味道，巨刺鼻，被子都是又潮又味，桌子沒擦乾淨，電視很小無法點播影視。房間巨不隔音，來回走人聽的一清二楚，早上隔壁房間門警報一直響，打了電話叫處理後遲遲不來。有一個女的，耷拉個臉，就跟欠他錢一樣，服務態度太差！應付工作，愛答不理，500多一晚的酒店，真的很不值，酒店前邊就是樹，蚊子特別多，站了五六分鐘，咬了好幾個包，前台也沒有配備花露水。不推薦入住，非要讓我點好評，我是一個基本不會主動評價的人，但這是我第一次給差評!我實在沒住過那麼簡陋的酒店!原因:1我拎着箱子準備刷卡進門，發現我的門是打開的!!!要麼是衞生沒打掃好，要麼是誰剛剛因為不滿意換房!2我晚上洗澡的時候，發現門把手上竟然有上一個客人用過的一次性毛巾!3地漏上全是頭髮!!!!4隔音十分差，走廊的聲音清清楚楚。5房間門沒有安全鎖!6 洗個澡整個外間全是水，淋浴間連個枱子都沒有，想放個自己的東西都要扔在地上，而且洗完之後要到馬桶上邊拿毛巾!!!!!7洗手池連洗手液都沒有，況且下水道巨臭無比，8晚上睡覺關燈沒有一鍵關閉，需要這關兩盞，那關兩盞!!!!! 也是醉了9重要的，空調巨臟，吹來的風全是臭的，大晚上起疙瘩，緊急下單氯雷他定!!!!!!!10總結:我為什麼不要求換房間，因為我白天去景點了，晚上回來很晚，沒房間了，其次我是提前交了兩天的房費，也退不了!!非常差的酒店!!對面就是全季，衹貴100多塊，檔次沒法比!!!!!!!!還高端呢**!!撒謊者*，絕對真實!

酒店距離避暑山莊很近，有單獨的大院停車，而且充電樁不少，很方便的。酒店是新開的，設施裝修都很新，服務熱情，早餐也不錯比較豐盛吧。

服務：服務很棒，是7月開業的，小姐姐們很熱情
衞生：新開業的，所以衞生都很好，但是味道還是很大，因為有帶小朋友，小姐姐提供了空氣凈化器後，好很多哦
環境：離避暑山莊很近，可以走過去，20分鐘左右吧。房間還是相對小了一點，但是是承德旺季，新酒店這個價格還是比較滿意了
吃了網紅小吃，味道還可以哦
