The hotel is close to the Summer Resort, and the river view room has a good view. You can sit and watch the river lights at night, which is beautiful.

好評，這次入住很滿意，整體很好，房間也很大，很乾凈寬敞舒適，地方好有免費停車24小時安保位，休閑區域環境很好可以和朋友聊天喝茶，累了可以休息一下，設施不錯，床舒服，浴室淋浴出水快，床上用品乾淨柔軟很好，有一次性杯子梳子牙刷、尤其讚的是洗漱用品都是一次性的、入住時讓服務員安排一間光線好的、服務員幫忙交接無線和電視也很好用、電視畫質也比較清晰、空調電視也好用，服務熱情周到，前台接待服務態度很好，很親切辦理入住時很快，服務很細緻還送了我們小禮品，給我們介紹了周邊景區，打掃房間的阿姨很熱心 ，中午在餐廳用的餐，環境好、口味獨特，菜品精緻，大家都很喜歡下次還會再來

性價比很高的一家酒店，距離幾個景點都很近，出行方便，周邊也有超市，距離商業街也很近。酒店停車場免費停車，入住時承德正在下雨，酒店還免費提供雨傘，服務非常周到。全程管家式服務，提行李送房間，送小食品，介紹承德特色和旅遊攻略等等，晚上出行還會提醒多穿衣，説承德白天和晚上的温差大，真的是非常周到、熱情了！房間乾淨衞生，床睡着很舒服。在酒店也能吃到承德的特色菜，價格不貴，菜量也很大，服務員會介紹特色和提示夠不夠吃，真的很貼心！早餐也很豐盛，雞湯非常好喝。酒店的服務人員真的是太熱情了，真是非常好的一次旅行。

服務特別熱情，房間乾淨，洗澡熱水特別適中很沖，被子蓋着特別舒服，一覺睡到自然醒，客房服務也特別好能快速送所需物品，晚餐在餐廳用餐，服務很好，介紹菜品耐心很細心，不讓多點菜説菜量夠吃，點太多浪費了，菜品很棒，早餐也很棒，炒菜清淡，主食種類很多，還有雞湯，總之一次很好的入住，下次還會選擇這裏

酒店服務人員素質很高，每個人都是微笑服務，中午到的時候有點晚了.餐廳服務員很熱情的接待了我們.菜的口味很好.早餐品種也豐富，居然還有雞湯，👍房間床品舒服，乾淨整潔，總體物超所值，是一次非常滿意的體驗。門口停車場可以免費停車，離附近的景點都很近，可以把車停在酒店，去避暑山莊步行10分鐘左右就能到了。下次還會推薦朋友過來入住！

錯開清明假期的出行高峯，上週日和好朋友一起來承德遊玩，對比了幾家酒店，最終還是比較中意喜萊佳：
1、停車方便，免費地上停車場；
2、離景點較近，高德地圖顯示不到2公里，駕車3分鐘，現在承德的天氣非常好，春暖花開，我們走路過去的，乘索道上山，玩的不亦樂乎；
3、一日三餐都在酒店吃的，我們非常幸運，趕上新出的菜品，開胃爐肉包超級好吃，體驗了一把舌尖上的旅行；
4、北行不到500米就有一個大型超市，東西挺全的，我們在那裡買了些水果，價格親民。
5、服務人員素質都很高，不管在樓道還是大堂，見面就會問好，感覺很舒服。
6、酒店管理的井井有條，衞生非常好，設施可以看出有些年頭了，但是依舊乾淨整潔，不失雅緻。
