Very much a “Chinese luxury” hotel, in that it looks nice but is actually very meh. AC barely worked despite it being in the high 20s C. Room service menu times were wrong, so twice I was denied my order despite the menu showing that room service was available. Bed was ok. Bath tub was nice and big, I’ll give them that. Maid service was hit-or-miss, as I didn’t want them to come before noon while I was still in my room, so I had the DND light on, but when I left at 12:30pm and came back at 2am they had not replaced my wet towels as they had the day before with the same scenario.

This time I came to Chengdu to see the giant pandas. The hotel I stayed in was Chengdu Wangjiang Hotel, a historic state guesthouse. As I was not satisfied with the room allocated for the first time, Miss Zhao Jing at the front desk of the hotel was very enthusiastic to help us exchange rooms, let us feel the enthusiasm of Chengdu girls and the warm service of the hotel, and also comment on the hotel, the environment is elegant, breakfast Rich, very special, and very considerate to prepare gifts for the children. The check-in experience is very good, which made our trip very happy. Finally, thank you again to the hotel and Miss Zhao Jing at the front desk! 🤗🤗🤗

Location directly next to the train station very practical. Nice room with view over the train starion. Supermarket included next to the hotel lobby. They charge extra for the swimming pool. The breakfast was a bit pricey with 38 yuan per person, but big and diverse. Would recommend.

Usually I try many hotels when I am in a city longer, not this time. I liked it so much I stayed 3 days. Longer. Great location, extremely well maintained and very convenient to get around city. East Railway stations is 5 minutes walk. 20 yuan taxi to city center for best hotpot on earth

The location is very close to the Chengdu East train station. It took about 5 minutes by car or 10 minutes by walking to reach the train station. There were many eateries and 2 convenience shop near the hotel. The front desk was responsive and the service of the technical team was quick. The room is very spacious, there are full length windows, projector and big screen for movie and it has a very nice city view. It also has smart system to control the lighting and curtain. The wifi was not working.

In the unit room in the community, there are several rooms for rent. The room is not big, the bathroom is small and pitiful, the sink is small, the faucet 🚰 splashes water everywhere when the water is boiled, the toilet is not, and the pit is waiting. If you take a bath in summer, it will be too problematic! Turning around is hard, but fortunately, the station is very close, walk for a few minutes, suitable for catching the bus.
