Environment: The room was clean and tidy. The only drawback was the thick quilt, a particularly thick winter blanket. Even with the AC set to 18°C, it felt warm. Service: Niko and Luna were very welcoming and provided a small gift upon check-in, which delighted the children. We stayed in a family room for two nights and received breakfast vouchers.

The hotel was fantastic! Firstly, the location is superb. It's very close to Chadianzi Metro Station, and getting here from both Tianfu and Shuangliu airports only requires one transfer. Most major attractions are within a 30-minute taxi ride. Secondly, the surroundings are a big plus. The hotel's 4th floor provides direct access (via room key) to the adjacent Tianjie Shopping Mall. Our child loved visiting the mall daily to pick up a blind box, and the area around the hotel is very lively. Finally, the service was excellent. Any issues we encountered were resolved promptly, and we even received a complimentary room upgrade. The facilities were also top-notch. Overall, this hotel left us with a wonderful impression of our Chengdu trip. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

I recommended the supporting facilities around the hotel. The hotel rooms are clean and tidy. The rooms have smart equipment, equipped with aromatherapy, and the bedding is comfortable. The room service sister is also very kind, the room is equipped with fitness equipment. The breakfast room on the second floor is rich in dishes and has local specialties. And there is a gym and self-service laundry room on the second floor, which can meet the fitness and laundry needs of guests. Overall, this hotel is more convenient for business trips and is recommended!
