This hotel truly lives up to its reviews – the location is fantastic, right outside the subway exit. But the best part is the room, it's huge! It's as big as some resort hotels I've stayed at in Sanya, with plenty of space to move around, making it perfect for families with kids. The bed is a good size, and the bathroom is spacious. You can use your card to get coffee in the lobby. The only minor thing is that there are quite a few ******* guests around, but otherwise, no complaints. What I appreciate most is that the staff didn't pressure me for good reviews, which means all the positive feedback is genuine and voluntary.

I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Kuanzhai Alley for four days, and overall it was a great experience – a truly comfortable stay during my trip. The hotel staff's service attitude is commendable. From check-in to check-out, the front desk, housekeeping, and breakfast area staff were all friendly and patient. They responded quickly to any requests, making me feel right at home. Room cleaning was prompt every day and very thorough. The room design is simple and modern, with a reasonable layout. The bedding was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The soundproofing was excellent; despite being near a tourist attraction, it was very quiet at night. I especially liked the work area and the flexible multi-functional table and chairs, which were convenient for getting things done. The hotel's complimentary self-service laundry room and gym are also very practical, suitable for travelers staying for multiple days. Its excellent location and convenient transportation are major advantages of this hotel. It's just a ten-minute walk to Kuanzhai Alley, and there are many dining options and convenience stores nearby. Taking a taxi or subway to other attractions is also very convenient. Although it's in a bustling area, the specific street where the hotel is located is relatively quiet, not noisy. If you're traveling to Chengdu, this Hilton Garden Inn is a highly cost-effective choice. The service is attentive, the facilities are excellent, and it's suitable for travelers who have certain expectations for their accommodation and also want convenient transportation. I would consider staying here again on my next visit to Chengdu.

The room felt fresh and stylish upon entering, exactly like the pictures online. All the room amenities were well-stocked, and the cleanliness was impeccable! The reception staff, both the handsome guys and beautiful ladies, had excellent service attitudes and were very efficient. One evening, I needed a disposable razor and was told a robot would deliver it. But it seemed they were busy, so Nico actually brought it up himself – thumbs up! 👍 I'll definitely stay here again next time.

The experience during the stay was great! From the warm greeting at the door, to patiently answering questions and proactively helping, they were all smiling throughout the whole process, as kind and thoughtful as family, which swept away the fatigue and made the stay experience perfect! It was time to check out, but they also helped to extend the check-out time. It is worth staying here

The stay was excellent. Xiao Jie and Ranran at the front desk were exceptionally helpful, offering a smile throughout. Check-in was quick, and they proactively reminded me of the breakfast location and time – a small detail that really added to the experience. The room was spotless, and the facilities were complete, showing the care taken in housekeeping. The inclusion of a microwave and mini-fridge was a thoughtful touch; it's rare to find hotels with both. The breakfast the next day was delicious, with a wide variety of pastries, noodles, porridge, and side dishes – I think it was better than most hotel breakfasts. The room had a river view from the window, which was very pleasant when the sun was shining in. Overall, a very satisfying stay – a must-try! I'll definitely come back again.
