Lovely hotel with an amazing set of staff who really go out of their way to help you. Quiet surroundings and close to many shops and the metro.

Extremely happy with this hotel. The front desk staff were very helpful and polite. The decor of the rooms was awesome. I absolutely loved the toilet seat

Highly recommended hotel to stay for its location, amenities, cleanliness and staff service. Will go back to stay this hotel again if back to Chengdu!

The location is well done for foodies. Only little useful unfriendly to foreigner who like me do not have the phone number in mainland. I cannot use the wifi and other service which need to use the phone for membership registration. But, the receptionist try their best. I only can use my own data but hotel wifi is not available.

Good location to visit Wuhou temple and Jinli street. The smart toilet was one of the reason that I've chosen this hotel. The room is meet the Mercure standard. It's about 350m. to Subway.

Very good, can use voice to control electricity ,Aircord lightning and music……I like theirs toilet , clean and convenient. Service superb good , my earring drop in side the sink and they help me to open all and get it out . Very big thank you to them .

This is an excellent hotel and I would highly recommend it to anybody visiting Chengdu. It is quite close to the nearest subway station and there are lots of late-night food places beneath the hotel. This only issue with this is you get the smell of BBQ if you leave your window open. The lobby and rooms are bright and clean and the staff were lovely.

It seems the hotel room is just renovated. It is clean and comfortable. There is very big 65 inch tv in the room.there is many good restaurant just next tonthe hotel including 2 halal restaurant. Front of the hotel is not the garden like appeared on hotel image in trip.com. there is flyover in front of hotel that hide the hotel. Whole of the building is not mecur., Half of the building is another hotel. There is not much things to do other than some restaurant.
