離火車南站約10分鐘距離的小區內，小區門口有很多小吃，有小市場小夜市。房間乾淨有冰箱有洗衣機。可惜是在6樓，當初訂房沒注意，我們兩個***費了9牛2虎之力才把行李搬上六樓。如果是年輕人應該是沒有差別。

家庭住房改造的小旅館，衞浴公用。六樓無電梯。位置離南站很近，小區出口步行至南站約10分鐘，步行至7號線三瓦窯地鐵站口約7分鐘。便利性尚可

房間的衞生打掃的很好，尤其是洗手間，配有一次性牙刷牙膏。很不錯，如果喜歡安靜一點的提前和房東説，向裏的房間挺安靜的。感謝老闆，免費幫我升級房型，漆黑的夜晚，獨自來到陌生的環境，心中湧現無數暖流。在囉嗦兩句，老闆服務態度非常好，每次總是耐心的解答我的各種問題。下次還住這裏。

房間還算乾淨敞亮，就是空調是擺設，訂房的時候就是見有空調才訂的，結果要收空調費才給遙控器

避雷避雷，去了一定會後悔，在六樓不好找，而且衞生真的差，床下還有煙台，床上還有頭髮絲，牀頭櫃粘糊糊的，房間還有上一個客人留下的味道，衞生間是公用的
