I booked this hotel because it's near a college entrance exam site. As soon as I walked in, I saw signs reminding guests to be quiet for the exam, which was a nice touch. The environment is excellent and very clean. There were no strange odors in the hallways or rooms, just a faint, pleasant scent. The cleaning staff were also very friendly, helping to tidy the room and responsibly disposing of trash. Parking was free for hotel guests. I arrived at the hotel in the early hours of the morning and was given a room at the very end of the hallway, which wouldn't have been so bad if it wasn't a smoking room! Don't they bother to communicate with guests beforehand? I have rhinitis and am sensitive to smells, so when I opened the door, a strong cigarette odor hit me, making it impossible to stay there. I eventually got moved to a larger room, which at first glance seemed like a nice upgrade. But the 'surprises' kept coming: the shower drain cover was missing – was I supposed to put it on for them?
