BOYE Hotel (Chengdu Panda Base)

The hotel is great! The room is very spacious, and my kids absolutely loved the slide inside. It's super clean and has no weird smells, so I didn't have to worry about anything with the little ones. The facilities are excellent, well-maintained, and fully functional. Even though the hotel doesn't provide breakfast, there are plenty of convenient dining options nearby, and the environment is lovely. There's also a beautiful garden on the top floor with lots of greenery – perfect for photos! The front desk staff, especially one young lady, provided fantastic service. She even gave us a souvenir and, most thoughtfully, arranged for our luggage to be sent to our next hotel, which allowed us to visit the Panda Base hassle-free. It was truly wonderful, highly recommended and definitely worth a good review!

The hotel is very close to the Panda Base, and they even extended our check-out time to 2:00 PM, which was great service. The kids loved it! The environment is lovely, and the rooftop garden is beautiful. It's super convenient for visiting the pandas, just a short distance away. We'd definitely come back if we have the chance. The room was exceptionally clean, and the facilities were excellent, including a washing machine and dryer, which was a thoughtful touch.

Our stay was incredibly comfortable and pleasant. The mattress and bedding were excellent, ensuring a great night's sleep. They even provided disposable toilet seat covers, which shows their attention to detail. The facilities and amenities were top-notch and comprehensive. The service was absolutely outstanding; the front desk staff were efficient and very helpful! The environment was quiet, comfortable, and beautiful. Cleanliness is always my main concern, and I felt completely at ease here – not a single corner was overlooked, and everything was spotless. I had no worries staying with my child. The hotel is also very close to the Panda Base, making it super convenient to visit. While the hotel doesn't offer breakfast, you can easily order takeout to your room or find plenty of delicious breakfast options nearby. We'll definitely come back if we get the chance!

The overall stay was excellent. The room was great, spacious and bright, with a window and no strange odors, very clean. I felt very comfortable staying with my child, and my child loved it too. It's also very close to the Panda Base; walking, cycling, or taking a taxi are all convenient. There are plenty of food options nearby as well. The front desk staff was very kind and thoughtful, even giving us panda headbands and a red flag. The hotel facilities are new and complete, and everything works well. They also offer free parking right at the entrance, and there are charging stations in the basement. This is a highly recommended family-friendly hotel for visiting the pandas.

This hotel is super convenient for visiting the Giant Panda Breeding Research Base. The front desk has lots of panda decorations, and the rooms are very clean. The kids absolutely loved the panda-themed graffiti and the panda plushies on many of the beds. The room even had a slide! The housekeeping was spotless, and the front desk staff, especially the ladies, were incredibly nice and enthusiastic, even giving us a welcome gift. This hotel offers great value for money.

Our room was on the 5th floor. As soon as you step out onto the 5th floor, there's a beautiful garden with well-maintained greenery, which was really pleasant. Overall, it was pretty good, and it's quite close to the Panda Base. The front desk staff were also quite enthusiastic. It's also worth mentioning that even though the location is a bit out of the way, there's a snack street downstairs that gets quite lively at night, so you don't have to worry about finding food. The room facilities were also decent; the kids really liked the amenities inside and had a great time playing there. If we go to the Panda Base again, we'd definitely consider other room types at this hotel.
