I had an exceptional stay at this wonderful hotel. The location is outstanding, situated in the city center, everything is easily accessible and within walking distance. Whether you want to explore local attractions, shopping, or dining, convenience is guaranteed. The welcome was remarkably warm and genuine. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is incredibly pleasant and inviting – the perfect place to unwind after a day of sightseeing. One of the greatest assets is the vibrant shopping street right next door. It offers an amazing selection of restaurants, from casual dining to more refined options, all just steps away from the hotel. Whether you're looking for local cuisine or international flavors, you'll find something wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city. Hotel staff were incredibly nice and accommodating. Room was nice and clean and the perfect place to rest after a long summer day. Highly recommend their breakfast as well.

A beautiful and aesthetically designed hotel that is truly pleasing to the eyes. The staff were exceptional, consistently going above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. Very convenient location, close to touristic points and subway. The hotel is super clean and cute. The service is great, the staff is very friendly. I recommend this hotel.

I enjoyed how courteous and helpful the staff were, they can also help you in food recommendations or any place you want to go. They told me to get try some peaches and they didn't disappoint! 😄 Breakfast was also really healthy and just what I needed

When we entered we received a warm welcome. Although it says that they only speak Mandarin, they could speak basic English and used translating apps to communicate more detailed information. We got a free upgrade of our room because they thought the one we booked was too small for two people. We received clean towels and free water bottles everyday. The room was nice and had a great interface for regulating the AC and lights. The breakfast was really nice and, although it's a primarily set menu, it's so much food that you will be sure to have a good, healthy start to your day. The location is great; it's not in a super busy or touristy area, but on both corners of the street are stops for different metro's, so getting around the city becomes very easy. There's also a bus stop right in front of the hotel. Overall a great experience!! Staff: 10/10 Room cleanliness: 10/10 Breakfast: 9/10 (only 1 option for vegetarians for the "main" dish) Location: 8/10 (no tourist places in walkable distance, but several public transport stops)
