Atour S Hotel Chengdu West China Hospital Sichuan Provincial Stadium Subway Station

The hotel's location is fantastic, right in the city center next to a Line 3 subway exit, making it incredibly convenient for getting to Chunxi Road and other areas with easy transfers. There are also plenty of dining options around the hotel, so you'll never struggle to find food; plus, the takeaway choices are even more diverse. I even got to try 'Qu Chashan' and 'Kao Jiang' inside Raffles – highly recommend! The hotel lobby is different from typical Atour hotels, featuring scenic setups and several separate lounge areas, as well as an outdoor courtyard for relaxing with a beautiful view. The room size was just right, and since it's a relatively new opening, the hardware facilities are perfect, including a Laifen hairdryer and Le Labo toiletries. The staff were all incredibly warm and friendly, practically fulfilling every request. I ordered a large takeaway that couldn't be delivered by robot, so the front desk staff personally brought it up to my room. The cleaning auntie was also very responsible, washing and returning our clothes daily, and promptly replenishing any amenities we needed. Many thanks to this Atour S for providing such a comfortable and pleasant experience in Chengdu. I'll definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Chengdu.

I really like the layout of this place, especially as I'm getting older and tend to spend more time in hotels when I travel, treating it more like a vacation. The little alcove with the round table feels like a hidden gem, and I can confirm that the AC breeze reaches it perfectly.

Switching from Atour in Taikoo Li to this hotel last minute was definitely a smart move! It's super close to the subway, making getting around incredibly convenient. Plus, Yulin Road and Fangcao Street are within walking distance, and there are tons of great food options nearby – didn't hit a single bad spot. My kids especially loved the 'Congee Until Late Night' service; they went almost every evening. The breakfast quality is also excellent, a cut above what I've experienced at hotels like Grand Mercure and Orange Hotel.

I was really satisfied with my stay at Atour S this time. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was good. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, check-in was fast, and any issues were addressed promptly. Overall, it was a cozy and comfortable experience. I felt very at ease staying here for my trip and will choose it again next time! The bedding was also very comfortable. Late-night congee service: It was great. Being able to have some congee in the middle of the night when I was tired made for a much better sleep.

The location is fantastic, with plenty of food options nearby. The environment is exceptionally good, and there's a food street right around the corner offering skewers, hotpot, and stir-fries. We were very satisfied with the dining, accommodation, and transportation.

The rooms facing the road can be a bit noisy at night, but the hotel thoughtfully provides earplugs, which really solves the problem. Plus, the hotel's location is excellent. Overall, a great stay!

This Atour S Hotel is super conveniently located, very close to the Provincial Sports Center subway station, and just a short walk to Raffles City. The lobby on the first floor is tastefully decorated, creating a very pleasant space to relax. I especially want to commend the service; on a day when the temperature dropped, the front desk proactively offered a bottle of hot water, which was incredibly thoughtful and warm. Definitely a five-star review!

This was my first trip to Chengdu, and I chose Atour. To be honest, I've stayed at Atour before, but in a different province, and I was surprised by how different this one was. As their headquarters city, Chengdu's Atour truly exceeded my expectations. The stay was excellent, and the convenient location offered great value for money. Next time I'm in Chengdu, I'll definitely stay here again! 🤣
