Hilton Garden Inn Chengdu Taikoo Li

Had a wonderful stay and giving it a solid 5-star rating! The hotel is in a great location on Shuanglin Road, Chenghua District, making it very convenient to get around with a short taxi ride to Taikoo Li and Chunxi Road. The room was clean and fresh, the bedding was soft for a great night's sleep, and the bathroom featured a wet-dry separation with well-maintained amenities. The front desk staff were polite and handled the check-in process efficiently. The hotel also offers a gym and a self-service laundry room, which are super practical whether you're traveling for leisure or business. The breakfast had a rich variety, catering well to local tastes too. Overall, it offers great value for money with no unpleasant surprises. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Chengdu. Highly recommended!

Caught a glimpse of the sunrise from the room in the morning, which was a lovely little surprise.

Exceptional service! All the staff members were always smiling and warm. The hotel is right next to the subway station, just a 20-something minute taxi ride to Chengdu East Railway Station and around 10 to 15 minutes to Chunxi Road. Xiangheli Street is just behind the hotel, packed with endless food options, and Wangping Street is also very close by. You'll find coffee shops, noodle bars, and a 'Snacks You Ming' store right next door, making it super convenient to stock up on snacks. Five-star recommendation!

This was my first time staying at this Hampton, and I was extremely satisfied and pleasantly surprised. It stands in stark contrast to my previous Hampton experience in Qingdao. The hotel is in a great location, and the front desk staff were very welcoming at check-in, proactively asking if I had any special room preferences before adding me on WeChat. After check-in, two staff members proactively reached out to deliver welcome fruits, hot soup, snacks, and a steam eye mask. The room was very clean, the bedding was comfortable, and I especially want to praise the soundproofing—whether from the hallway, inside the room, or outside the window, it was quiet. Check-out was also quick and easy. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Chengdu. 🙂

This was the last stop on our Western Sichuan trip, and after several days of driving, we finally got some much-needed rest here. The breakfast was also very generous – I loaded up on fried rice noodles and made myself a sandwich. My girlfriend loved the black tea, saying it was very fragrant. Finally, I have to praise the large bed; it was incredibly comfortable to sleep in. Anyway, for the price and the experience, it was totally worth it. Highly recommend!
