Definitely a great review! First off, the front desk staff were incredibly friendly, and the coffee they prepared was aromatic. Secondly, the room had very high ceilings, which is perfect for people from the north as it doesn't feel stifling. Thirdly, the bed was huge, unlike the small ones in other hotels, and every corner of the room was spotless and tidy. They even thoughtfully provided toothbrushes and slippers for children. Lastly, the restaurant food was delicious. A special thanks to Julia and Niko for their enthusiastic service!

I chose the Yiheng Hotel for my first day in Chengdu and decided to stay there for my last trip. Because I hadn't booked in advance, the twin rooms were unavailable, but the receptionist, Xiao Wang, was patient and proactive in communicating with us and eventually resolved the issue, even arranging a room upgrade for us. We arrived at the hotel quite late, but Xiao Wang didn't slack off and provided all the necessary information. The room was clean and tidy, and the mattress was just the right firmness, greatly alleviating travel fatigue. Combined with the hotel's hearty breakfast, I truly appreciated the importance of a good hotel for a trip. I will definitely recommend the Yiheng Hotel to anyone visiting Chengdu in the future, and I hope you continue to improve.
