Even before we arrived, the hotel staff set up a WeChat group to ensure everything was tailored to our preferences and needs. They met us at the car drop-off point and guided us through the old town’s narrow, car-free lanes. The property itself is stunning, with meticulous design details — and as an interior designer of 20 years, I can truly vouch for that. Their service was seamless.
Traveling with my son and my mom — three generations together — can be challenging, but the staff went above and beyond. From restaurant bookings to arranging a private car for trips outside sprawling Chengdu (where getting from A to B can take ages), they made everything effortless. We felt genuinely cared for. What touched us most was that they made us feel like we were at home — like they were family. To my son, they were like loving older sisters and brothers.
When we had to leave very early to see the baby pandas, the hotel prepared breakfast boxes for us to eat in the car. On our way back to the airport, they also packed snacks for the ride. My son adored the staff, my mom loved them, and so did I. It’s rare to find a hotel that satisfies every generation — this one truly did.

这次我和儿子、妈妈一起出行，三代同堂，酒店帮忙解决了一切：订餐厅、租车去成都郊外（要知道成都很大，路上很花时间）。我们感觉被照顾得无微不至。最让我们感动的是，他们让我们感觉像在家一样，就像家人一样——对我儿子来说，他们就像亲切的大姐姐、大哥哥。
有天清晨赶着去看熊猫宝宝，来不及吃早餐，酒店就准备了餐盒让我们在车上吃；去机场路上又备了零食。儿子喜欢那里的员工，妈妈喜欢，我也喜欢。能找到让三代人都满意的酒店，真的不容易。
