Hyatt Centric The Ring Chengdu

This hotel is located in the heart of Chengdu's Jinjiang District, Panzhongang, and is directly connected to the Aura Shopping Park. You can head downstairs for shopping and dining, making it a one-stop destination for entertainment. Transportation is incredibly convenient, with Dongda Road Metro Station just 50 meters away, connecting to Metro Lines 2 and 8. It's only two stops to Chengdu East Railway Station and four stops directly to Chunxi Road, making it super easy to visit Taikoo Li and IFS for sightseeing. The hotel offers pet-friendly rooms and even has an adorable mascot dog named 'Xigua Di' (Watermelon Patch) who 'works' every day. There's also a 24-hour fitness center on the 36th floor, where you can work out while enjoying city views. From the moment I arrived, the concierge proactively helped with my luggage and gave me a baggage tag. The front desk staff were warm and efficient, and the operator, Mila, even contacted me before check-in to confirm my needs, which was very thoughtful. Whenever I had any issues, the staff were quick to help resolve them, making guests feel valued and cared for!!!

The hotel is relatively new, and its facilities are much more aesthetically pleasing compared to older hotels. Both the concierge on the first floor and the front desk on the seventh floor were very enthusiastic, which gave a vibrant impression. However, the service at the à la carte counter in the restaurant was lacking. While they used standard phrases, there was a strong sense of being brushed off, making the interaction feel stiff. Finally, a big thank you to Jasmine at the breakfast restaurant for her warm communication and excellent service; she really salvaged the experience and is why I'm still willing to give the hotel a five-star rating.

The hotel was clean and comfortable with great service. Their dog, Lucky, is adorable and a big hit with the kids.

1. This newly opened hotel has a slightly inaccurate location; navigation doesn't lead directly to the lobby. 2. The front desk staff were very welcoming and enthusiastic. 3. The hotel generally uses high-end materials, and the cleanliness is excellent. 4. It's pet-friendly, and there's an eye-catching Westie at the front desk. It's a great hotel. I initially booked for one night but ended up extending for two more. Definitely worth a second visit!

Had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Centric – it felt just like home! The hotel's decor is luxurious and refined, and the location is excellent. The bedding and toiletries were thoughtfully chosen, and the breakfast was rich and nutritious. I'll definitely be staying at the Hyatt Centric again next time! Thumbs up!👍

The hotel is new and well-designed, with excellent facilities and a great location. It's very convenient for transportation. My stay was excellent, and I would definitely choose this hotel again next time.

Fantastic new hotel with a super convenient location. The room was spacious and spotless, making for a very comfortable stay. The staff, both downstairs and at the front desk, were incredibly warm and dedicated. It was a wonderful experience overall, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Chengdu!

The hotel is quite new, and the bedding is good. It offers great value for money. The location is also very convenient, surrounded by commercial areas. The concierge service is excellent, especially one young man who was particularly enthusiastic. The only minor drawback is that Didi (ride-sharing) drivers often can't find the hotel lobby and end up going to the adjacent office building. Oh, and the makeup mirror on the desk is a nice touch.
