Chengdu Longquanyi Dong'an Lake Atour Hotel

Staying at Atour for our Dong'an Lake trip was an absolute delight, far exceeding our expectations. First and foremost, a huge shout-out to the front desk staff! From the moment we arrived, their welcome was incredibly warm and polite. Check-in and check-out were both super efficient and smooth. Whenever we had questions, the staff were patient, detailed, and gentle in their explanations, making us feel very comfortable and showcasing their professional and thoughtful service. We were here for the Ten Thousand Days concert, and the hotel's shuttle service was a lifesaver. No need to worry about taxis or long queues, which was a huge relief. Plus, there were staff members guiding us both to and from the venue, making our travel feel incredibly safe and convenient – a definite big plus! What's more, they even checked in with us after we returned to the hotel. Truly above and beyond!

I booked this new Atour hotel nearby for a concert. The room was simply furnished and well-equipped. More importantly, the front desk ladies were all very enthusiastic and thoughtful, and they handled a few minor issues during my stay very well. I'd definitely come back if I have the chance in the future! 😊

I really love the design of this Atour Hotel, especially the book bar downstairs. It's a shame I didn't have more time during this concert trip; otherwise, I would have stayed a couple more days. The shuttle to the concert was a bit too early, going at 5 PM when it was still very hot. If it could have been half an hour later, it would have been perfect.

Had a really pleasant stay here. Whenever we needed something, the staff were quick and responsive. They even packed us a breakfast to go because we had an early morning flight. And the shuttle bus to the concert was just adorable!

This hotel was perfect for my friends and I when we came for a concert. It's very new, the service is excellent, and the decor is a trendy New Chinese style. They even offer a shuttle service to and from the concert, which was a huge plus. Given all these advantages, it's incredibly good value for money. Definitely my top choice for concert-goers. If I'm ever back at Dong'an Lake for another concert, I'll absolutely choose this hotel again.

Came here for a concert, and it was my first time staying at an Atour hotel. The style is very minimalist and upscale, and the room was exceptionally clean. My mother and I are quite particular about our surroundings, and we both thought it was excellent! Atour has definitely won us over.
