Hilton Garden Inn Chengdu Tianfu Square Center (Taikoo Li Branch)

The hotel is brand new and in a great location. The service was also very thoughtful; the front desk even gave our child a small toy. Although it's newly renovated, there was no unpleasant smell. The bedding was also very comfortable, and after a day of exploring, we had a wonderful night's sleep.

The rooms and hotel facilities are excellent, especially the breakfast which is very rich and varied. The only thing that could be improved is the car park; it's quite inconvenient as someone has to manually lift the barrier. However, I noticed the hotel is already starting to renovate the car park.

The front desk service was excellent, and check-in was very fast. They upgraded my room; although it wasn't large, it was very clean. It was quiet at night, so I slept very well. The breakfast selection wasn't huge, but it tasted good, and I had no problem getting my fill. I also forgot something, and they helped me find and send it back, which I really appreciate. Fantastic service! I highly recommend staying here.

The cleanliness, soundproofing, location, and ambiance were all impeccable. My only minor gripes were that there was no one to greet us at the entrance, nor to help with luggage, and no clear guidance from the front desk. I didn't have breakfast, so I can't comment on that.

We stayed for 3 nights, and choosing this hotel near Taikoo Li for our family trip to Chengdu was such a smart decision! The location is absolutely fantastic – just a few minutes' walk directly to Taikoo Li and the IFS 'climbing panda'. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city center with kids. When they got tired, we could just pop back to the room for a rest, saving us the hassle and cost of taxis. The room was clean, tidy, and spacious, with soft and comfortable bedding. The hotel thoughtfully provided children's toiletries and small slippers, which was a very warm touch. The soundproofing in the room was good; despite being in the bustling city, we could still enjoy a quiet rest. My child, after a full day of playing, slept soundly every night. The front desk staff were enthusiastic and efficient during check-in, and they were quick to respond to any requests. The robot delivery service was also a novel and fun experience for the kids. The breakfast offered a rich variety, including many pastries and fruits suitable for children, with mild flavors. The hotel also has laundry and drying facilities, which is very convenient for changing clothes during a family trip. We spent our days visiting the Panda Base and Dujiangyan, and then enjoyed evening strolls in Taikoo Li. Staying here made our itinerary perfectly paced. It's a quiet haven in the middle of the bustle, offering both the convenience of shopping and excellent rest quality. I highly recommend it for families with children. We will definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Chengdu.

The subway station is quite convenient to get to, and while it's a bit of a distance to Tianfu Square, it's acceptable. The hotel itself is good, with an impressive entrance. The room cleanliness and everything else are great. I'd recommend it.

The hotel room was very new, and although there was a slight smell, it wasn't a problem. The subway and bus stops nearby were very convenient. The lobby and restaurant were beautiful, and the staff were very professional. Overall, it was great.

Traveling with my husband, the lovely lady at the front desk upgraded our room, which was a nice touch! It was bigger than our original room and still very clean. The shower was great – a good overhead shower is really essential for hotels in Chengdu, haha. Breakfast was decent too. Overall, for 300-400, the value for money was pretty good.

I came here for a business trip. It's a newly opened hotel in a great location. After work, I can explore the surroundings, it's definitely in the city center. Currently, there's no unpleasant smell. The front desk service was also patient, answering some questions and helping me print documents. It's a good option for a business stopover.
