This stay was fantastic! The hotel's decor is new, the room has great natural light, and the cleanliness was impeccable. I especially want to commend the 24-hour gym; the equipment is well-maintained, so I didn't miss out on my workouts even while traveling. Check-in at the front desk was efficient, and the staff were friendly. The surrounding area offers convenient dining and transportation. Overall, it was quiet and not noisy, allowing for a very good rest. I'm extremely satisfied with this stay.

Not bad at all. The room was spacious and had a bathtub. The butler even prepared a disposable tub liner for me after finding out I wanted to take a bath. The service was attentive, making it perfect for business travelers, family trips, or couples.

I highly recommend this apartment stay. The rooms are large and clean, making for a very comfortable experience. The staff are also very helpful; our TV wasn't working, and they sent someone to check it out in less than 10 minutes. Our family of 8 stayed for 3 nights, and everyone raved about the accommodation.

To get straight to the point: this experience was truly excellent! It far exceeded my expectations in every way! First, two days before check-in, the housekeeper proactively contacted me and added me on a messaging app to understand my habits and needs before my stay. Since I was visiting Chengdu to meet old friends, the housekeeper even arranged free parking! For check-in, there was an exclusive housekeeper-led room tour, and all of this for only just over 300 yuan! The entire orientation was very comfortable and professional, and they even prepared a turndown service welcome gift, which truly surprised me. Then there's the room – it was super spacious, so much so that I thought I had booked the wrong room! The bedding was also very comfortable; I fell asleep the moment my head hit the pillow. The hotel also provided an afternoon tea voucher, but unfortunately, my schedule was too tight to experience it. The hotel's location is right next to the Ritz-Carlton, sharing the same prime area and views. I didn't expect it to also share the five-star hotel service. My only regret is that I was in a rush and couldn't stay longer. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit!

The location is excellent, making it easy to get around. The room was super spacious, with all the basic amenities, and very clean. The staff were friendly and always smiling, which was a lovely touch. The breakfast was also very good. Highly recommended; it offers much better value for money than many 4-star hotels.

I stayed at this hotel apartment again, and this time I was on a higher floor. The air conditioning in the living room was working well, and check-in was much faster. There's a food court on the ground floor, which was super convenient for lunch.
