Desti Youth Park Hostel (Chengdu Chunxi Road) Reviews

I’m a repeat customer. The owner should remove the mould on the walls in room 312 and level 5 (outside the female toilet). I’m now super sick as I stayed only a short period of time in room 312 (full of mould on the walls of the room). I complained to the front desk who only sent me a WeChat message saying “Noted”. Mr Tian, the Hostel Manager has been the only kind soul who really made an effort to take care by allowing me to change to another room. Management and owner pls treasure Mr Tian. Management and owner: pls spend some money to upgrade and repaint the walls. The level 5 male toilet facing the lift is SO Smelly!!!

Clean and modern facilities with decent curtains, comfy beds, and private lockers. The other guests are also really friendly and keen to meet new people. I thought the music they played in the bathrooms and the little extras was a nice touch. The staff are also really friendly and helpful. Big shout out to Felix! Eleven the dog is also adorable, he's like a welcome mat that's alive 哈哈

The people who work there are really nice, it is close to the bus stop and the facilities are fresh. The bunkbeds are also made to provide privacy which I liked. I would definitely recommend staying there! And the dog is really cute too:D

Good location in the center of Chengdu, close to everything.

This is a great hostel for an amazing price. I stayed in a room of 20 and it wasn't as bad as you would probably think, due to the size of the room. There's also a great atmosphere in the lobby every night. They also have a really friendly dog

Everything is perfect. Good vibes, super clean, purified water for free, kindness and a farewell bag of snacks. English speaker and perfect locaded

The location is 10-15minutes walk from nearest train station. Friendly staffs. Sometimes there’s a cute dog to welcome you there.

I enjoyed my stay at this hostel. The facilities were great and the place was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Laurie (小诺). She was very welcoming and answered any questions I had about my stay in Chengdu. I highly recommend coming to stay at Desti!

I stayed in the female dorm for 2 nights. Spacious room with window and comfortable bed. Beds have their own curtain and night lamp. Very friendly staff. Great location in the center of Chengdu. Easy to reach by metro from the airport. Floor of the dorm and bathroom could be cleaned twice a day, especially at the end of the day (more hairs on the floor).

The room is spotless, Staff are friendly and helpful, they organized some activities which I enjoyed them a lot, see you next time

Great location, able to bike everywhere from here, otherwise metro stations are close by. Bathrooms smelt a bit funny, otherwise very clean! Lively bar area.
