From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we experienced the best service of anywhere we have visited across China. Every person from the man at the door to the ayi in the garden to the waiting staff and more treated us with the utmost courtesy, kindness and helpfulness. A memorable stay and we would love to return one day

The beds (including the rollaway bed for my 13 year old!) very comfortable and toiletries provided were generous and luxurious. Room was spacious. Great location, shopping and eateries all within walking distrance. A big thank you for all the staff, they were all very helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay there and would love to go back.

Everything You Need! This place is perfect. They even prepare kids amenities for my daughter and she love it so much. Very close to taikoo li shopping area!

Perfect experience at The Temple House again. After 8 years, we have finally returned back to the hotel, from the Bell service, to check in hotel staffs, to the house keeping, the breakfast service and customer service, there is literally NOTHING I would like to change. Perfection is the only word that suits this hotel~ located at the heart of the most happening place!!! Cassidy n Dennis were amazingly helpful to our stay, the smiles on their faces, the caring words from their mouth, the thoughtful reminders…nothing beats a great staff at the hotel that completes the wonderful journey!!! Definitely coming back again n again~

Stylish, extremely comfortable and spacious hotel with relaxing facilities and impeccable staff.  Staff are always attentive, with immediate responsiveness whenever required, for example delivering free sparkling water, but otherwise seemingly invisible.  Beds are extremely comfortable - three wonderful nights‘ sleep.  The location is absolutely central.  Rooms are modern, spacious and will all the facilities one could want.

although i have been living in chengdu for several years now and the tivano restaurant is my favorite. this is the first time i have had the opportunity to spend two nights at the temple house. my overall impression was overwhelming. it starts with the unique architecture. and the consistent style with a loving design of every single detail, from the unusually spacious suite to the warm welcome. right down to the fabulous champagne as a welcome drink. in short. if you want to experience chengdu at its best, you should not miss the temple house.

A centrally located hotel in Chengdu with smooth and great service. Special thanks to the concierge team especially Christin who offered to help us secure a table at the very popular restaurant across the street, and gave us excellent recommendation to all the tourist sites in Chengdu. The rooms are on the darker side however, which might be slightly inconvenient for elderly people, but it’s part of the hotel’s design language.

Celebrated our anniversary at the temple house, they upgraded our room and set up decorations and some surprises such as a lovely cake and some sheet masks. It was our first visit to Chengdu and it was an amazing experience.

I've tried many different hotels around the world and Temple house ranks amongst the very best! Awesome architecture with modern interior design. Staff is friendly and extremely helpful. Definitely will return!

We had an amazing time, it was our anniversary and the hotel prepared some really special surprises for us. We loved our stay. Our host at the hotel Cassidy was amazing!! She was very kind and helped us with everything we needed. It’s a very good hotel, well located.
