4/5Very GoodFantastic location, very convenient. Rooms and hotel is a bit old and small (mattress is on the floor so can be hard to get out of) but very handy for a quick city break and very good value for money. Nice rooftop bar.

3.2/5This is a really well located, lively place and probably great value - but it wasn’t right for us. We arrived late at night and after checking in, decided not to stay. The hostel is on the 3rd and 4th floors of a sort of busy downtown office block. I guess we just found it a bit strange and seedy somehow - the 3rd floor reception/common area was full of cigarette smoke, as was the 4th floor where our room was (as people had their bedroom doors open and were smoking into the corridor). You could hear people walking/talking as the walls and doors are very thin. The bedroom itself was relatively clean but the whole place felt grubby. If you’re paying for a private/double room you’re better off staying somewhere else, where for a small amount more you will be a lot more comfortable. The staff spoke really good English, were super kind and agreed to refund us for the second night of our booking (even though our reservation was non refundable).
