Yunya Interational Hotel(Kuanzhai Xiangzi Jinli) Reviews

I told the front desk that I specifically wanted a room on the 7th floor, and they arranged it for me. They also gave me complimentary fruit upon check-in. The phone response was quick, and the room had smart facilities, including a smart speaker which was very convenient for controlling the air conditioning, TV, and so on.

The ambiance is great, with perfect lighting that offers a lot of privacy. The room is very cozy and well-appointed, with thoughtful touches like complimentary bottled water and tea bags. Overall, it was a very relaxing experience, a perfect spot for two to unwind. I'd definitely come back again.

The facilities are complete, and the breakfast is abundant and delicious. The environment is beautiful. The front desk service is excellent. We also received a free room upgrade.

The service was excellent, and they even helped recommend some great local restaurants! The location is superb, right by a subway station. The bed in the room was soft and comfortable, and the pillows were great too! There's also a laundry room and a drying area.

Staying with friends in Chengdu this time, the overall experience was very satisfying. The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance to Kuanzhai Alley, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing and dining. The room was very clean, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's rest. The hotel environment was quiet, and the facilities were well-maintained. The front desk service was warm and attentive. It offers great value for money and is definitely recommended for friends visiting Chengdu.

The location is great, with a subway station right outside the door, and it's in the old town. Since I was traveling with a child who has allergies, the hotel kindly upgraded us to a family room and a sunny room for free. The hotel service was very good.

Extremely satisfied with the hotel's service. Having a parking lot makes getting around so convenient, haha. The room was very comfortable and I'm particularly happy with it. I'll definitely come back next time.

The hotel entrance is right by the subway station, which is super convenient for getting around. The parking lot is in the courtyard, a little small, but otherwise, I was quite satisfied.

We arrived quite late at the hotel, but they still upgraded our room and gave us a fruit platter. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the facilities were very well-maintained. The whole room was smart-controlled, making our stay very comfortable. It's definitely our family's first choice when traveling. The hotel location is excellent, not far from Kuanzhai Alley, People's Park, and Chunxi Road. The main entrance of the hotel faces Xiaonanjie Subway Station, making subway travel very convenient. Highly recommended!

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 A perfect experience! Already looking forward to my next visit! This stay was absolutely perfect, definitely deserving of a full five-star review! From the moment I walked in, I felt the hotel's meticulous service. The front desk lady was warm and welcoming, and even kindly upgraded our room for free, making us feel right at home. The room itself exceeded all expectations! The view from the floor-to-ceiling window was absolutely stunning, with the city's nightscape spread out before us. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, allowing me to sleep soundly until morning – a rare treat for someone who travels frequently or is a light sleeper. The complimentary welcome fruit was also a lovely and thoughtful touch. The room was fully smart-enabled; a simple call to 'Xiao Du' (the smart assistant) was all it took. I particularly want to commend Yun Ya Hotel's breakfast. The variety was extensive, and the local specialties, such as Dan Dan noodles and beef noodles, tasted incredibly authentic. The staff were also prompt in clearing dishes. The hotel's location is also super convenient. The subway station is right outside the hotel, just a short walk away, which was incredibly handy. In summary, this was an impeccable stay, perfectly suited for both business trips and family vacations. I highly recommend it to all my friends. I'll definitely stay here again next time, as it's so convenient for getting everywhere.

I'd definitely choose this hotel again when I return to Chengdu. It offers great value for money, is very comfortable, and excellent in every aspect. Specifically: ❶ It's right next to the entrances for Metro Lines 17 and 13 (you can even walk to People's Park directly from the subway station, which is nice and cool). ❷ The hotel facilities are comprehensive, including a laundry room and a gym. ❸ The service is warm and thoughtful; they even provided complimentary fruit upon check-in. ❹ The soundproofing is excellent; I couldn't hear any noise (especially compared to the hotel I stayed at later in Dujiangyan). ❺ The price is reasonable.

The hotel was very clean and close to all the attractions. The front desk lady was super nice too! My family really enjoyed their stay, and we even got free parking. We'll definitely choose this place again next time we're in Chengdu!

I originally booked a standard room, and the biggest surprise upon arrival was being upgraded to a family room for free. They really understood our needs! A big thank you to the lovely lady at the front desk. The facilities were excellent, and the location was superb – right next to the subway, and a short taxi ride to nearby attractions. The service was also very warm and welcoming.
