Rhombus Park Aura Chengdu Hotel（Chunxi Road Taikoo Li） Reviews

The hotel has a fantastic location, right across the street from Taikoo Li and next to Dangba Street, making dining, shopping, and transportation very convenient. Compared to surrounding hotels, the room size is relatively large, and the service is also excellent. Ada at the front desk was very warm and did her best to accommodate all my requests. The cleanliness still falls a bit short compared to five-star hotels, and there was a pretty strong smell of cigarette smoke upon entering. However, considering the price, I personally think it's a very good deal.

The hotel is conveniently located, and Ada at the front desk was very thoughtful and attentive. The entire stay was smooth and comfortable. Highly recommended!

The location is great with short walking distance to a huge number of shops, restaurants, cafes, convenience stores, etc. The room is a quite clean studio with comfortable beds. The staff everywhere (reception, cleaning, breakfast restaurant, executive floor and room service) is friendly, service-minded and helpful. Communication, particularly with Reception/Front Desk becomes sometimes difficult. I would suggest an improvement within at least one foreign language (English, Spanish, French or German). However, I highly recommend this hotel.

It's basically a borderline top-tier five-star hotel, with everything feeling a bit plastic. However, the most important part—cleanliness—was well handled. The beds and pillows had no weird smells, which is great.

The service was excellent, and the hotel was clean with a pleasant environment and convenient location. There are plenty of dining options near the hotel, as well as tea houses and performances. Shopping is also very convenient.

Exceptional hotel service! A special thanks to customer service manager Ada for helping us check in early. The location was perfect as well!

Amazing room size of 60sqm, almost the size of a 3-room BTO! The short hair aunty who cleans the rooms at L10 is very nice. Cleanliness of the room is also good. Location is also good in close proximity to many food options. The bed headboard needs a little fixing though due to wear & tear.

We enioyed our stay at Rhombus Park. The hotel is conveniently located near to Taikoo Li. There are two convenience stores a few steps away and it is situated along a street full of famous hotpot restaurants. The hotel crew went above and beyond, and it was made even better by a courteous gentlemen who assisted us with our requirements. We are thankful for the amazing welcome and service provided. Breakfast was abundant with rotating dishes. We were treated with Mid Autumn pastry and curated dishes for the holidays. Thank you Rhombus Park for making our Chengdu stay extra special.

Thanks to the front desk staff for upgrading me to the G60 King Room. The hotel's location is superb; it's just a few minutes' walk to the Chunxi Road business district and not far from Daci Temple. It's incredibly convenient whether you're shopping, sightseeing, or experiencing the old city's charm. The room is spacious and well-designed, with clear divisions between areas. The bedroom and living room are separate, offering great privacy and comfort. The bathroom setup is very thoughtful, featuring dual sinks and a wet/dry separation, showing great attention to detail. The large bathtub provides an excellent soaking experience. Although the hotel has been open for a while, all the facilities still feel very new. I especially love the bay window design; sitting by the window, you can overlook the city views quietly and comfortably. I really enjoyed both the overall facilities and the living atmosphere.

The Lanson Place Chengdu Hotel boasts an excellent location, conveniently close to Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li. The rooms are clean and comfortable. A special thanks to Tina, one of the staff members, for her thoughtful and attentive service. She's diligent, meticulous, and friendly, always helping to resolve any issues promptly. It was a great experience and highly recommended!

It was okay. The red bedside lamp was a bit eerie, but they upgraded my room. The location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk to Taikoo Li. There are also many restaurants nearby, including a lot of popular 'influencer' spots. The panda dolls in the hotel are great; many of them are rare editions!

I'm a returning guest here, and my stay was excellent once again. The weather in Chengdu was also pleasantly cool! The location is absolutely perfect, very close to Chunxi Road, and Line 2 of the subway is right next door, making getting around super convenient. There are tons of great restaurants nearby, and all the popular spots are just a short walk away, making sightseeing and dining a breeze. The room hygiene was as spotless as ever, and the cool-toned decor is simple yet distinctive. The layout made for a very comfortable stay. It's suitable for both business trips and leisure travel, and the family room is spacious, so it doesn't feel cramped at all for a whole family. Parking is very guest-friendly; the lot is large, so finding a spot is never an issue, and you don't have to pay extra for parking, which is a huge plus. The lobby staff were as warm and attentive as always, and check-in was very efficient. The whole experience was just lovely. As a returning customer, I'm never disappointed when I come here, and I'll definitely keep choosing this place when I'm in Chengdu. Highly recommend! [Strong] Excellent service.

The location is good. Walking distance to the IFC mall where you can find the big panda. A lot of restaurants around that area.

The hotel is perfectly located at Chunxi street, very close to malls, plenty of restaurants, and very close to metro station. The room is very big and comfortable, although ours had a little smell to smoke.
