When I returned to the room at 12 o'clock, I found at least three cockroaches in the bathroom, the largest one was at least three centimeters. I asked the front desk to change the room or call the room service to deal with it. The reply was that the room service had already fallen asleep. This is the environment and customer service attitude. 賓館給了我家的感覺，房間很舒適，特別喜歡歇息的小區域。服務很周到，工作團隊服務意識很高，衞生狀況很好，休息、學習、娛樂、餐飲一應俱全。服務人員也是形象好、氣質佳、素質高，打電話到賓客服務中心（前台）工作人員非常的貼心，很專業，下次來還會選擇科華苑賓館。

房間比較寬敞，裏面還有一塊休閑區，坐着聊天和發呆都很舒服。
好像是川大的賓館，雖然不新，但裝修比較有質感，有歲月的沉澱感，有點文藝。
賓館旁邊有停車場，停車很方便。一樓的餐廳菜也好吃。
七樓有茶坊，有個露台花園，曬太陽很愜意。

以前住過，房間設施有點陳舊，但這次房間有改造翻新，感覺還不錯。衞生乾淨，服務員都很熱情。一樓是中餐廳，地道川菜，味道很好，聽服務員介紹説七樓有陽光茶坊，但時間有限沒有去，賓館旁邊就有停車場，很方便。五星好評，川大的酒店，就在川大旁邊，進學校和外出都很方便，下次來還選擇住這裏。
