The hotel service was excellent. We had an early start, and the hotel prepared three breakfast sets for us. There are also many dining options right next to the hotel. What was particularly thoughtful was that we left something behind when we checked out early. Front desk staffer Xiao Zhao kindly contacted me and mailed it back. Much appreciated!

The hotel's location is excellent, and transportation is very convenient. The breakfast offers a wide variety and tastes great. I especially want to mention that the front desk service was exceptional. I had several packages, and the front desk staff helped me receive them all. I'm so grateful! Highly recommend.

Service: The service was really good, everyone was very dedicated and enthusiastic, and they even helped us upgrade our room. The cleaning staff was also very meticulous. Hygiene: Overall, the hygiene was quite good and I was very satisfied; it was quite tidy. Environment: The environment was pretty good, just a little bit old-fashioned, but otherwise, everything was fine and well-equipped. It's quite close to Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li, just a short walk across the street, which is very convenient. The breakfast was also very rich.

Before arriving, I read some reviews and was a bit nervous, worried that staying with my child might not be ideal. But to my surprise, after four nights, my child and I were extremely satisfied! My son even said that whenever we come to Chengdu in the future, we have to stay here. The hotel called me before check-in to ask about my preferences and even upgraded my room for free. The room was clean and tidy, and they cleaned it thoroughly every day, even arranging my cosmetics neatly. I really appreciate that. The facilities are a bit old, but I was prepared for that, so it wasn't a big deal – the positives definitely outweigh the negatives. All the staff were very enthusiastic and would proactively greet us whenever we met them. The breakfast was very rich and delicious every day. We ate so much that we even skipped lunch! My son loved the swimming pool the most and had a great time playing with other kids there. It seems a bit far from the subway, and you have to walk to Chunxi Road, but the walk was pleasant, and we got to do some shopping along the way. This trip to Sichuan was so satisfying! My only complaint is that there were too many people. Highly recommended, excellent value for money! I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Chengdu! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

This hotel is incredibly close to Chunxi Road, which is always bustling with people. There are also tons of great food options nearby, and the local Chengdu specialties are absolutely delicious. Staying here is just super convenient, that's the best way to describe it.

This hotel is a peaceful oasis amidst the hustle and bustle. I stayed for 6 days straight, and the soundproofing was noticeably better than other hotels. The rooms are spacious and bright, and the bedding is incredibly comfortable. The staff's service truly lives up to InterContinental's five-star standard. It's super convenient for getting to the exhibition center and Chunxi Road, and there are tons of great food options nearby. I've already recommended it to several friends!
