Sheraton Chengdu Lido Hotel

A seasoned five-star hotel, truly dependable and a pleasant surprise! The front desk lady provided wonderful, attentive service with a smile. The breakfast was bountiful, a great blend of Eastern and Western cuisine. Overall, I felt very comfortable. Old A8 is still A8! Thumbs up to the front desk lady!

The location is super convenient, right outside Luomashi subway station, and only about a 10-minute walk to Tianfu Square. It's definitely a win for its location, but the rooms are on the smaller side, so if that bothers you, you might want to look elsewhere. There were a few minor hiccups during my stay, but I really appreciate how quickly the staff responded, coordinated, and resolved the issues. Many thanks to them!

The room facilities are complete, comfortable, and very clean. The staff are all attentive. I've always enjoyed staying at Starwood hotels under their various brands; they're my top choice for business trips.

The Sheraton Chengdu Lido is in an amazing location, right next to Luomashi Metro Station. It's super convenient to get to Chunxi Road and Tianfu Square! The rooms are newly renovated and very clean, the bedding is comfortable, and the service is attentive. There are plenty of dining, drinking, and entertainment options nearby, making getting around hassle-free.

We booked a family room, which had a king bed, a sofa bed, and a long sofa. We asked for an extra large duvet, which was perfect for our second child, who's in elementary school. This room has two bathrooms, one shower room, and two TVs, so it's very convenient – no conflicts over using the toilet. **Facilities:** Complete and well-equipped. **Cleanliness:** Very clean. **Environment:** Newly renovated in 2022, so everything feels new. **Service:** Very thoughtful. The breakfast was very rich, with various pastries and cheeses, especially many types of rice in the congee. The manager who seated us was a true gentleman, dressed in a suit, a senior handsome man, and very dedicated. Children under 12 eat breakfast for free, which is very generous! During the Spring Festival, there was also a face-changing performance. The swimming pool is a bit small, and the ambient temperature is close to the outdoor temperature, but the water temperature is great, and there were very few people, so we could swim freely. The changing rooms were very clean, thumbs up! When we checked in, my child's bag was left in the lobby. They first asked us if we had forgotten anything, and then when we went to pick it up, they even gave my child a small gift, which was very heartwarming.

We stayed here for three days with our parents and kids while visiting Chengdu. The hotel is in the city center, not far from the main attractions. The staff were all very welcoming and friendly. Our room was cleaned daily, and they even gave the kids a small gift when we checked out. Highly recommend, we'd definitely stay here again next time we're in town!

I found this hotel at the last minute, and it turned out to be pretty good overall. The room was clean and tidy; it wasn't huge, but that's to be expected in the city center. It was quiet, and the mattress was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. I didn't realize breakfast wasn't included when I booked, only found out at check-in, and buying it separately was a bit pricey.

The hotel's location is excellent, right in the city center. The hygiene was also impeccable, making for a very comfortable stay. Hedda provided great service, and my overall experience was fantastic!
