The service was excellent, and the room was quite nice. The location is very convenient, and I was happy to be able to order the takeout I wanted. There's also coffee and pastries for sale in the lobby, which is very convenient. Highly recommended.

I've always had a soft spot for Marriott Group hotels, and I'm a Marriott member myself. My stay at Sheraton Chengdu Tianfu was great. The room was clean and well-designed, and housekeeping requests were promptly attended to. The breakfast spread was extensive, and the dining environment was excellent. The service truly lived up to its five-star rating, especially Ailsa from the service center, who provided thoughtful and warm service. Thank you! See you next time!

The room was clean, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The air conditioning was gentle and quiet, and the shower water was soft and pleasant. The common areas were also very clean. The swimming pool on the 5th floor was clean, though a bit small, and there were two warm soaking pools that the kids absolutely loved. The hotel front desk contacted me in advance to arrange a quiet room on a higher floor for me. I went to Chengdu for the auto show and visited Sanxingdui. There are many food options around the hotel; I went out for a late-night snack behind the hotel, which took about 20 minutes to walk to, or just a few minutes by taxi.

Great location, right behind Tianfu Square. We booked a family room that came with kitchen utensils and a washing machine – the clothes drying function was surprisingly good. The shower was also impressive; it's the first time I've encountered a handheld showerhead that sprays a mist. Everything else was standard for a five-star hotel. The only downside is the limited recreational facilities. Oh, and seeing chili peppers growing on the rooftop was a nice little surprise!

This was my first time staying at the Sheraton Chengdu Lido while on a business trip, and it was a pleasant surprise! The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, close to Chunxi Road and not far from Kuanzhai Alley, with all sorts of amazing Chengdu food nearby. The hotel itself was clean and tidy, and both check-in and check-out were very smooth. The staff were also incredibly welcoming. The room was quite spacious. After our trip back from Western Sichuan with the two kids, arriving at the hotel in Chengdu felt just like coming home – a completely different feeling! The location is also great, very close to People's Park, which was convenient for a tea session at Hemin Teahouse! Definitely worth recommending!

I booked two rooms for a trip. The hotel called ahead and upgraded us for free according to our needs, and reserved suitable rooms. The service attitude upon arrival was excellent, and the rooms were neat and clean. Overall, I was very satisfied.

The environment is excellent, and the staff keeps everything impeccably clean. The front desk staff, seeing we were a family with a child, gave us a higher floor room with views of the Sichuan Science and Technology Museum and the stadium. We also tried the gym, and both the equipment and service were great. My family and child absolutely loved the breakfast. On the second day, my child was too tired to wake up, and the restaurant thoughtfully packed some food for them. The location is unbeatable – just one subway stop from Tianfu Square and Kuanzhai Alley, making getting around incredibly convenient. The only minor downside was that guest services mentioned they'd contact us later to follow up on our experience and asked to add WeChat, but they never did. They probably just forgot. Oh, and their shampoo, conditioner, and body wash smell amazing and work really well!

The front desk staff demonstrated patience in assisting us in finding a suitable room so that we did not have to move rooms with two separate reservations. The bellboy was very friendly, helping us to track down our parcels. Even the cleaning lady at breakfast surprised us to the upside. She anticipate our needs, even before we had the chance to request.

The hotel's location is great, and the breakfast buffet is excellent. The executive lounge also offers fantastic selections. The indoor pool is very clean. We stayed for 5 nights, and both the elderly and children were very satisfied.

After reading many reviews online, I chose this hotel. The location is great, and the service attitude is excellent, truly up to Sheraton standards. I especially want to commend the Chinese restaurant; it's perfect for those with a Jiangsu, Zhejiang, or Shanghai palate. Definitely worth a try if you get the chance!
