My sister came to visit, so I booked a room for her here since I was already staying at this hotel. The room was very clean. I had originally booked a standard family suite, but the front desk kindly upgraded me to a deluxe suite for free. Both the front desk and the service staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay. The hotel is quite accessible as it is situated next to the metro station and it's also walking distance from the Qingyang Taoist Temple.
The staff are also friendly and helpful, especially one lady (can't remember her name) where she helped to check my parcels and also delivered to my room.
One thing to call out is that there's no differentiation between smoking rooms and non-smoking rooms so there may be cases where the smoke is still lingering in the room. There has also been a few occasions where I saw people smoking in the lifts and the entire lift is filled with smoke!
