We booked 3 nights online and checked into the Regent Donggu Hotel on April 11. The room was very clean and tidy, of moderate size, with comfortable bedding, electric curtains, smart toilet, dry and wet separation, very user-friendly, good hotel management, timely resolution of any problems, and very good service attitude. The breakfast was rich in variety and very attentive, making the meal enjoyable. The hotel is strategically located in the city center, very close to the side attractions and the subway station. The C1 south exit of subway line 1 and 2 is 100 meters away from the hotel. I will continue to stay here when I come to Chengdu in the future.

The actual room is seriously different from the picture, the pillowcase is damaged, the room I booked was sold out when I checked in at 18:00, so I was forced to move to a smaller room. The overall standard is three stars. The breakfast is not delicious either. The only win is the location is very good. Please choose carefully.

Seeking truth from facts, there is no problem with the sanitary environment, but as a hotel with a price of 500+, the service is not up to this level. First of all, regarding the air conditioning issue, I cannot accept that the air conditioning system is not turned on due to the large temperature difference between day and night in Chengdu. I booked it for four nights. On the first night, the room was so hot that I woke up and couldn't sleep. I asked the front desk to see if there was any result, but they replied "How about I get a fan for you?" which made me dumbfounded. Secondly, I asked if there were any glasses at night. , the very direct answer is "No, we don't provide it." Then why do we need a cup cabinet in the room? Do all Chinese restaurants in your hotel use paper cups? I was unwilling to provide this service, so I chose to check out early the next day and leave this Xiatou hotel.

The hotel is located in the city center and close to the subway station. The front desk service attitude is special! The good room is also very new, the toilet is smart. The breakfast is also very rich and the price is very affordable, only more than 300 per night. A very pleasant stay.
