The room we got was cozy and beautiful, unfortunately there were two things that spoiled our stay. First, the heating system didn’t work well and the room felt too cold when the outside was 2 Celsius degrees. Second, the shower room didn’t have a proper drainage system so the excess water would spill on the room floor. I hope these two things can be fixed soon so other guests can enjoy their stay much more. It’s a great hotel with a very good price-amenities-location

The location of this hotel is great if you want to spend time in the Tai Koo Li area. It was about a 15 minute walk to the subway and 20 minutes to the center of Tai Koo Li. The internet is super fast. The bed linens and towels were all very clean, but the flooring was not that clean. And there is a urinal in the bathroom that stinks! Also, it listed on Trip.com that it had a refrigerator in the room, but it doesn't. Overall, I still would stay here again as the location is so nice and the internet so good.
