Staff members in all departments proactively greet guests. Room service is quite responsive, and the rooms are cleaned well. The breakfast offers a good variety of both Chinese and Western options. The only drawback is that the facilities and equipment are quite old. Even with some minor adjustments, the effect isn't very noticeable. However, the room rate is probably the best value for money among similar hotels in the area. In terms of soft skills like service awareness and attitude, it's on par with established international hotel brands like Hilton and Sheraton.

My stay at Chengdu Ruicheng Mingren Hotel was absolutely perfect! The hotel is conveniently located in Qingyang District, within walking distance of Wenshuyuan Metro Station Exits C and E. Exit C even has an escalator going up, making travel incredibly easy. What truly stood out was the exclusive 'Little Red Skirt Butler' service. They checked in daily to see if I needed anything, which made me feel right at home. The room was spacious and bright, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the breakfast offered a rich variety of Chinese and Western dishes, all tasting excellent. I highly recommend it! Both the facilities and service offer great value for money. I definitely recommend this long-standing 4-star hotel!

It saves a lot of time and hassle when getting around. The rooms are spotless and tidy, with attention paid to every detail, and the bedding is soft and comfortable, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The front desk staff are efficient and quick with check-ins, offering thoughtful and attentive service, and they even provided helpful tips for exploring the local area. The buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, including local Sichuan snacks, as well as Chinese and Western dishes. Additionally, there's a free laundry room and parking. This hotel truly offers 4-star quality at an excellent value for money. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Chengdu.
