Celebrity Ruicheng Hotel Reviews

This time staying at Chengdu Ruicheng Celebrity Hotel, the experience was perfect!👍The hotel is in a great location, right next to Wenshu Temple Subway Station. It is very convenient to go to Kuanzhai Alley or Tianfu Square. The rooms are spacious and bright, the hygiene is spotless, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and you can have a good night's sleep. What surprises people the most is the hotel's "Little Red Dress Butler" service. It is not only warm and thoughtful, but also provides a local food map. It asks every day whether the room needs to be replenished with items and mineral water, which makes people feel warm. The breakfast combines Chinese and Western styles, is rich in variety, and has excellent taste. The overall cost is very high, and it is the best choice for business trips or family travel. Next time you come to Chengdu, you will definitely choose this place!

The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff are warm, attentive, and prompt, handling any requests with care. The free self-service laundry room on the second floor is very practical. Overall, it offers great value for money and is an ideal choice for a trip to Chengdu.

My recent stay at Celebrity Ruicheng Hotel in Chengdu was fantastic! The hotel enjoys a convenient location that makes getting around a breeze, with Metro Line 1 nearby. The guest room was clean and tidy, featuring soft and comfortable bedding that ensured a great night's sleep. The hotel butler provided attentive and thoughtful service, responding quickly to our needs and patiently helping us resolve various issues. The public areas are elegantly designed and fully equipped with amenities. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, the service was both professional and warm, and you could really feel the care put into the details. The room's soundproofing was decent, and the bathroom was fully stocked with toiletries. It's an ideal choice for both vacations and short stays, offering great value for money. I will definitely choose Celebrity Ruicheng Hotel again next time I visit Chengdu, and I highly recommend it to friends traveling here. Thumbs up, truly a wonderful experience!

The staff was very friendly and spoke English (most of them). Breakfast was very nice surprise with loooots of western and Chinese options. We also tried the sea food buffet dinner and it’s great. The room is bit smelly by oldness, especially the chair but it goes away with an open window. Try the steamed buns right next to Family Mart infront of the hotel, they’re incredible!!! Especially the first kind, truly 10/10! I would stay again in the hotel.

A very satisfying stay. This time I traveled with my family during the National Day holiday, and the hotel staff were very welcoming. There are also many attractions around the hotel, and it's very close to the subway station, making travel convenient. The room was clean and tidy. I will definitely stay here again next time.

The hotel's location is super convenient; it made getting food and taxis a breeze. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in was really fast. The afternoon tea experience was fantastic. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay, and I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next visit.

Celebrity Ruicheng Hotel is in the city center, making it very convenient for transportation. There's a food court and a subway station nearby, and a self-service laundry room on the 2nd floor. The front desk service was excellent, and the breakfast was extensive. It was a great stay, highly recommended.

I was very satisfied with my choice of Celebrity Ruicheng Hotel for this year's National Day holiday in Chengdu. Although it's an older hotel, the service was excellent. The butler was responsive, breakfast was great, and the room was quite clean. They also provide bathtub liners if you want to use the tub. I would definitely choose Celebrity Ruicheng Hotel again next time.
