The transportation is incredibly convenient. The subway station and bus stop are right downstairs, and getting a taxi is super easy. It's also very close to Chengdu East Railway Station, so it's a great choice if you're coming from there. The breakfast is abundant, and the front desk staff, both the guys and girls, are super quick to respond and very enthusiastic!

The hotel room was exceptionally good, clean, and tidy. Plus, they offered free parking right downstairs on the -3 level, which was super convenient. All I had to do was tell the front desk my license plate number each time I left. I'll definitely be staying here again for my future business trips.

Location is great for the Panda Base! The staff are very helpful and the room was amazing.. Super comfortable bed and pillows, coffee and tea, super soft towels..Spacious and spotlessly clean. There is a large shopping mall just minutes away with a large good court. Buses run to Panda Base and Didi cars and taxis stop just around the corner.

Absolutely amazing experience. Rooms are very spacious and clean, and the staff are out of this world. There are both washers and dryers available which was a nice addition. Very convenient location for the Panda Research Centre, but fairly far away from both the city centre and the airport. If I returned to Chengdu, I would most definitely stay here again, 10/10!

The cleanliness and other standard amenities were fine, but the noise was terrible. I don't know what it was, but it kept going all night, like the elevator ropes. Also, the free parking is great, but the driveway to the parking garage is incredibly annoying, even worse than the one near Jiefangbei. I really need to read the negative reviews carefully. The room facilities were okay, but for some reason, there was a constant electrical noise coming from behind the TV wall. I had to remove the room key to cut off the power to stop the sound. The room was extremely poorly soundproofed; I could hear noises from the rooms in front, behind, and to the sides, as well as from the hallways. Around 1 or 2 AM, there were even kids running around in the hallway. Around 3 or 4 AM, someone vomited… I didn't sleep well at all and quickly checked out and found another hotel.

We were planning to visit the Panda Base the day after visiting Jiuzhaigou, so we booked a hotel near the base.
