Nice room, the exit from metro C has no elevator

An excellent hotel with incredible staff and service. Some of the best I've seen in China. A special thanks to receptionist 罗容 who helped me to book and walked me to a nail salon, even though it was Chinese New Year and they were crammed with guests having a party. They really were organized and helpful beyond expectations. The pictures of the rooms don't do them justice, with their quirky traditional Chinese style touches and the location being brilliant. Next to the metro and easily accessible to all sightseeing places. A high recommend.

There are works around the hotel so impossible to access by car, we had to walk all the way around with our luggage…. Also limited amenities in the room like they only gave us 1 big towel. The room was cute though!

All staff are friendly and give us the good service. Reception staff recommend us how to get to the airport. The woman staff at Tea room was willing to help me with my luggage management. Thank you.

The room was exceptionally clean and came with a charming tea set, which added a warm, personal touch to my visit. The staff were friendly and eager to assist, which made the overall experience more welcoming. However, I did encounter a significant issue with the air conditioning. Since it is centrally controlled and cannot be adjusted on an individual basis, the room became uncomfortably warm at night, impacting my ability to get a restful sleep. Overall, my stay was quite pleasant, though the air conditioning cannot be adjusted. Despite this minor inconvenience, the thoughtful amenities and excellent service made my experience enjoyable.

The location is excellent, close to Jinli, and can be reached in ten minutes on foot. The room is spacious and bright, and the front desk upgraded it for free. There is a tea table, which is quite convenient. The hair dryer is broken, so the waiter came to replace it. There are black stains on the bottom of the washbasin, which is probably not clean. The hotel is relatively large, the breakfast is also rich, and there are many ******* compatriots. Overall, it is not bad and satisfactory. Snack gift package: delicious😋

I chose this hotel when I brought my children to Chengdu during the Spring Festival. The hotel is in a good location, near Exit C of Gaoshengqiao subway station, and you can walk to Jinli and Wuhou Temple. It is also convenient to take the subway to other places. The hotel service is very good, and there are supper at night. The room size is OK. The inner window room must be ventilated, otherwise it will be stuffy. The dry and wet separated bathroom is convenient for family living. Facilities: It is not a flush toilet seat, but everything else is good. Hygiene: Very clean. Welcome fruit: There is fruit, and fruit was given on three nights of the four-day stay Snack gift package: Snacks are given every night
