Extended my stay for another two days, and it was really great! The staff are so welcoming, and the breakfast is genuinely good with a wide variety of options. They even have a robot deliver meals! When we checked out, they gave my child a panda toy, which was a lovely touch. Thank you!

The breakfast was quite comprehensive, with all the usual varieties. The room was very comfortable, clean and tidy, and the bed was super comfy, so I slept really well at night. The service was also excellent, the location was great, and the price was just right. I'll definitely come back next time.

The soundproofing is excellent, and the bathroom with its intelligent toilet and high-quality toiletries showcases thoughtful attention to detail. The staff's service was truly exceptional; they were very patient and helpful whenever I needed assistance. A big thank you to the staff! There's also a laundry room on the fifth floor, and my room had a green tea sofa bed. This hotel is highly recommended, and I would definitely choose it again.

The hotel is not that near to 宽窄巷，but it is a very pleasant hotel and very convenient for didi, so no issue. There us a mini market nearby (less than 100m) , if you walk about 500m turning left from hotel, you will find more shops and restaurants. The hotel is clean and staff are friendly & helpful. Overall we were happy with our 5 nightsstay.

The hotel's location is a quiet oasis amidst the hustle and bustle, right by the First Ring Road, making it convenient for getting around. There are also plenty of dining options nearby. The staff were polite, and the breakfast was abundant. It was a pleasant trip!

Although the hotel opened in 2016, the room cleanliness far exceeded my expectations. It's about 2.4 km from Kuanzhai Alley. The front desk service was excellent; since it was off-peak season when I checked in, they even upgraded me to a panda-themed room. When I left, they gave me a panda souvenir and a hand warmer, which was a very pleasant surprise! Plus, there's a dedicated parking lot with free parking, a relatively large gym, and breakfast that, as always, offers a great variety and is delicious!

During breakfast, the hostess in the restaurant casually asked how my stay was. I offhandedly mentioned that the duvet felt a bit damp and stiff. I honestly didn't expect it to be taken seriously; to me, it was just a casual chat like 'have you eaten yet.' But to my surprise, they actually took it to heart, and when I returned to my room that evening, the duvet had been replaced. Being truly cared for like that feels so comforting and wonderful. Thank you, Huan Xiaopeng (or 'Little Friend Huan' if it's a name/nickname), for this experience; it showed me the pinnacle of service. Real service isn't about the apples and pears in the fruit bowl; it's about truly taking your needs to heart.
