Location not bad, but far away from metro. The cleaner very helpful and friendly, 10/10 points for her. ** The receptionist during check in and check out are same person, the lady show her face to us, no smile and unfriendly. She didn’t show her professional attitude to customer. Really dissatisfied and disappointed to the receptionist service. (Few trainers service even better than the permanent staff )

We were tied in a ride late the heat pump wasn't working but we're really happy the engineer came to help and then one of the reception that she that are really great job to help us and we were very grateful for her professional service to us making sure that me and my family were okay we had a great stay great location lovely family room very nice staff the breakfast was lovely thank you

Hotel Location is on the main street/corner and next to a lot of stores and small shops like souvenirs and food. The metro station is a bit far, but walkable appr. 15 min. passing through a park, along the river. The Hotel has his own Costa Café Store which was for me a reason to stay here as a coffee lover☕️😍 rooms are clean and comfortable.

The family room space is no bad however the toilet is too small. Staff are well trained. Even though the hotel is categorized as non smoking, the are no enforcement by the hotel management. Guest smoke in their rooms causing the corridor polluted with persistent cigarettes smoke smell. Noticed chef smoke in the common toilet and the restaurant.

Fairly close to kuanzhai alley too haha. It’s a decent hotel with most amenities you need, such as hairdryer, disposable slippers, toothbrushes and etc. We only stayed here for a night so can’t speak much

Around 10-12mins walking distance from the subway, other than that all is great!

The hotel is comfortable but sometimes smells of cigarette smoke. The location is convenient for traveling, there are many restaurants, the breakfast is quite good, the room is spacious, the toilet is automatic.

When checking in, she handed over a warm towel and a covered bowl of tea, and I felt at home instantly! Every night bed service will also send a small dessert (the panda glutinous rice balls are so cute!), help plan the tour route in more detail than the guide, and even prepare the charging cable that I forgot to bring! 🍜 **Breakfast God**: Blow up his breakfast! Dandan noodles are red, oily and fragrant but not dry, Zhong dumplings are full of fillings, and there are freshly baked egg cakes and handmade ice powder!
