Vienna International Hotel (West square of Chengdu East Railway Station)

Stayed here with my family. The room had great ventilation and natural light, and the facilities were brand new and in perfect condition. The hallways were quiet and clean, and the staff were very polite. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and it's super convenient for getting around and parking.

The hotel's decor is simple yet elegant, without feeling oppressive. The separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom are very practical. The air conditioning provides stable heating and cooling. The staff are always discreet and never overly intrusive, making for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

I was very satisfied with my stay. The service was thoughtful, with a welcome fruit plate and free bottled water, which you could ask for more of once finished. The Wi-Fi was also excellent, and they even sent helpful check-in reminders.

The hotel lobby offers free luggage storage, and there's plenty of parking in the underground garage. They also provide a complimentary welcome fruit, which is a nice touch. The pillows in the room were very comfortable to sleep on.

The hotel lobby is quite spacious, and on the first floor, you can rent umbrellas and store luggage for free. There are two check-in counters, and the staff are all very friendly.

Conveniently located, about a 10-minute walk to the high-speed rail station, and easy access to the city center. The room was clean, with great views from the floor-to-ceiling windows, and it was quiet once the windows were closed. Even though there are restaurants downstairs, there was no smell of cooking fumes, which was a plus!

The hotel is quite close to the East Railway Station, with various snack bars and supermarkets downstairs. It's a bit far from the city center, but very convenient to get around by subway, as both Line 7 and Line 2 are nearby.

The room was cozy, and the front desk staff were very kind and helpful, making for a worry-free stay. The hotel's location is also excellent and very convenient. Overall, it was great, and I would definitely stay here again. I even left something behind, and they called me right away to confirm, which I really appreciated.

Traveling from East Station to Emeishan and Leshan, I searched on Trip.com and found this hotel to be the closest and best option near the East Station, within walking distance. The room was spacious, the service was excellent, and there were many great food options nearby. Definitely my top choice when taking the high-speed rail!
