前台服務非常好，一進門就送上兩盒温熱的牛奶，贊一個！還可以幫客人洗衣服，實在是太貼心了。酒店設施完備，各種必需品非必需品都是應有盡有。早餐非常超值，品種豐富，味道很棒，餐廳不大但是佈置比較精緻，還有熊貓作伴就餐。缺點，隔音較差。本人睡眠較淺，一夜被隔壁客人的説話聲吵醒多次，一直到凌晨4點多隔壁的某位客人才離開，本人再次被巨大的哐當關門聲吵醒。此外，建議在酒店門口台階那裡增加斜坡，方便攜帶大件行李的客人進出。

The location is perfect, close to major attractions. The housekeeping staff and the reception staff are very professional. I personally don't recommend the breakfast, if you're not into Chinese breakfast.

overall is a great experience for my 4 days 3 nights stay. Room is well cleaned and everything is good including free breakfast and laundry service. You can see the Kuan Zhai alley is just opposite the hotel when you walking out from the hotel and the Tong Hui Men train station is just beside the hotel. They even helped to receive Taobao parcel on behalf. Just that one of the woman receptionist is not friendly. Other than that, everything is perfect and I definitely will choose to stay again.

Definitely one of our favourite stays so far in China. The room is spacious, clean, decor is beautiful. Shower pressure was amazing. Also great location, the metro station is across the road and also amazing food spots around.

過來出差，酒店位置很好，出門就是地鐵站，離寬窄巷子很近可以步行去逛，房間乾淨衞生很舒適，打掃也很及時，最主要服務態度特別好。

Orange Fruit Hotel may be small, but the service and location are truly excellent! 🙌
Travelling with seniors and kids was so much easier — the free laundry service was a huge bonus.
Breakfast was acceptable and comfortable every morning.
Only a 5-minute walk to the metro, and Kuanzhai Alley is just across the street.
One minor note: the bathroom occasionally had a bit of smell (not constant), possibly due to ventilation. It didn’t affect us much, so we didn’t request a room change.
Overall, still a wonderful stay — thank you, Orange Fruit! 🧡✨

酒店位置特別好，就在寬窄巷子對面。交通也方便，門口有地鐵口。停車場可以免費停車。到了酒店接待的小哥很温暖，給我們贈送熱熱的牛奶。酒店提供免費的洗衣服務。最後一晚趕早航班，還暖心的給我們打包了早餐。五星好評！強烈推薦！
