ChengDu TianFu Yard Hotel

Convenient location and very clean. The front desk service was excellent, and the soft mattress made for a comfortable sleep. The room was a bit small, and I couldn't reach the front desk by phone. The hotel is close to Tianfu Square subway station, about 1.3 kilometers from Chunxi Road Pedestrian Street. We went in mid-April to see the roses at Manhua Manor, which were in full bloom, and it was easy to get there by subway.

The room was very clean and the sanitation was excellent. The small garden was a comfortable place to relax. The bedding was great, the hot water was quick, powerful, and at a good temperature, and the service was attentive and thorough. The food prepared by the chef was also delicious. However, the scent in the hotel felt a bit out of place for a hotel of its star rating. A fresher, softer scent would be more suitable.

By connecting on WeChat, the staff promptly provided assistance even when I encountered difficulties outside the hotel. 4. The location near Tianfu Square is quite strategic. 5. The price is very reasonable, and the facilities are comprehensive. 6. The room was clean and tidy. 7. Smart toilet. 8. The response to breakfast orders was truly delightful.

The environment is beautiful, and the hotel is full of greenery, which I love. They upgraded my room to one with a courtyard, which was a pleasant surprise. The facilities are excellent, and the service was very satisfactory.

After traveling through 4 provinces and 6 cities, I have to say this hotel in Chengdu was the most satisfying. The furnishings, amenities, and decor are all of very high quality, with a beautiful Chinese aesthetic that evokes a sense of peace and tranquility. The service was incredibly thoughtful, meticulous, and attentive. I really didn't want to leave! I absolutely love this high-tech yet traditional Chinese-style hotel; it truly elevates the quality of life. A big thank you to the staff for their hard work serving us even during the New Year.
