Jiali Properties in Chengdu

Excellent stay at a perfectly located hotel! The strategic location made it easy to explore Chengdu’s local food scene, with a great variety of restaurants nearby. It’s just a short walk to the IFC mall and perfect for a CityWalk. The staff were exceptionally helpful—they actively assisted us with receiving our online shopping parcels by coordinating with delivery drivers. A very thoughtful touch was receiving nightly weather updates to prepare for the cold, and we were even given a small gift when we checkout. Highly recommend for both convenience and outstanding, caring service!

This was my second stay at the hotel, and the facilities were excellent. It's less than a kilometer from Chunxi Road, which is very convenient. Supermarkets are also readily available nearby, and the neighborhood is quite safe. Highly recommended.

Not as beautiful as the pictures! We booked a twin room. When we extended our stay, we were told that someone had reserved the original room and helped us arrange other rooms. We agreed. After viewing the room and making the reservation, they told us that they had made a mistake when paying and the arranged room had also been booked! There was only a double bed room, so I agreed, but the room rate was more expensive than a twin room!

As soon as I entered the room, I was strange why I put a fan. I didn’t respond until I turned on the central air conditioner. The air conditioner on a hot day was a display. It was not cooled at all. It was not good to reflect the attitude to the front desk. Although I still invited someone to repair it, I didn’t repair it. There are a lot of mosquitoes in the room. The kind that does not work, there are many cockroaches, but fortunately it is quieter and hygienic.
