This time I stayed at Oaks Serviced Apartments in Intangible Cultural Heritage Expo Park, and I was very pleasantly surprised. The transportation is convenient and there is a subway nearby. The room is spacious and bright, and it's exactly my style. There are not only laundry services, but also refrigerators, and bathrooms are also yyds. The hotel is in the Intangible Cultural Heritage Park. It is really great to take a walk in the morning to feel the atmosphere of the garden. Next time, I plan to take the baby to the second brush to experience the parent-child room in the apartment.

We booked a temporary hotel for the night and were upgraded to a family suite for free when we arrived. The room was large and very comfortable. The children loved it and the breakfast was rich. But there are two points that need to be improved. First, it seems to be undergoing renovation. I went to the wrong parking lot twice the first time. The person who guided me was only at the front entrance, and his instructions were not detailed enough. Second, the customer service bathroom is not clean enough. I would like to thank the housekeeper Cai Ling and Ms. Swee for carefully helping me arrange the room. Although there was a small incident during the period, the hotel was happy. They actively helped me solve the problem, and they also provided meticulous greetings and high-quality services during my stay. They were very considerate! Cailing greeted me in the morning and told me that I didn't have breakfast. She even brought coffee and bread to my room. All the services were very considerate and meticulous. I’ve stayed at multiple Fraser locations. Having previously stayed at their old location at renheng and had a good experience I thought it would be even better at their new location. I was wrong. 1) The rooms smells full of toxic gas from renovation. Even the air filter in the living room shows a PM2.5 level of 80+ 2) The hotel likes to save as much electricity as possible so they often like to turn off the entire air conditioning unit for the entire hotel in the morning making u wake up from being too hot. The centralised air conditioning is not adjustable at all. I put the temperature to 10c and it still showed a reading of 24. 3) Service was terrible as soon as we arrived. Worker outside supposed to be helping with luggage was standing and looking at us until I called him to help with the luggage. The lady with pimples on her face is rude and not welcoming at all. Speaks to us with no manners and gives us a terrible attitude. Never coming back again! My loyalty to Fraser suites for all around the world ends here.

When I came to the front desk to check in, I was surprised to inform me that I had upgraded, the staff service was not bad, the efficiency was quite high, and I quickly checked in. The room was arranged on the 15th floor facing Tianfu Avenue. The scenery upstairs was very good. After leaving the room, I can also receive a return call from the lady of the guest relations department, ask for check-in opinions, and perfect service!

Hotel was amazing, however felt a little uncomfortable with the service in the restaurant because the waitresses and waiters would all gather as I trying to ask some questions, it's not rocket science, it's just a question but certain English speaking people like the chef and Shirley made it much better. The Manager refused me to take videos of the pool, executive lounge, spa or gym because ”he doesn't have the key” , really silly excuse. I'm a blogger, I understood, these facilities are at the moment not in use because of COVID however a 2 minute video wouldn't of hurt anyone and I'm free marketing for the hotel. Room was fine, few stains on the floor and wall I thought could of been sorted. But room was fine. The breakfast buffet is the best I've had in China!!!!!!
