Staying at the Somerset Riverview Chengdu was an amazing experience, especially thanks to the thoughtful service from the front desk – definitely five stars! As soon as I arrived, I felt the staff's warmth; security proactively helped with my luggage, and Kelly handled my check-in quickly and efficiently without any long waits. She also patiently and thoroughly explained the apartment's facilities, local transportation, and sightseeing tips. The attention to detail was top-notch, truly commendable! Throughout my stay, any requests I had were promptly met by the front desk. Whether I was asking about local food recommendations or needed to temporarily store my luggage, the staff were always polite, answered all my questions, and were both professional and attentive. Check-out was also smooth, and they even offered warm reminders about travel precautions. The entire service made me feel incredibly comfortable. Such warm and professional front desk service made my whole stay feel like home; I truly experienced a sense of belonging. Next time I'm in Chengdu, I'll definitely choose Somerset Riverview Chengdu again!

Somerset Hotel, an Ascott property, truly lives up to its reliable brand name. The room was spacious, well-laid out, and fully equipped, with spotlessly clean linens. The front desk staff were very welcoming, and check-in was quick and efficient. The service was impeccable. Overall, a fantastic experience. Even though this trip was rushed, I still managed to savor Chongqing noodles, other local dry pot dishes, and ordered takeout – I made sure not to miss out on the good food!
