Facilities: To be honest, the popular room type is gorgeous, and the upgraded room type is even better! 👍 The flow is well-designed. I wanted to try a larger room type, but there were no promotions, so I gave up, and I still regret it. The sofa 🛋️ with a blanket gets a thumbs up, and the sofa's 🛋️ quality is also better than the hotel across the street. My elders loved the decor when they walked in; it's similar to home, giving a feeling of familiarity. It's so hard to review facilities. Except for Hilton Garden Inn, Sheraton, and Westin, I think most hotels 🏨 nationwide are pretty much the same (though I haven't stayed in many hotels 🏨). At most, the color schemes, styles, and room types differ, such as private villas, standalone villas, or high-rise rooms. I can only say the facilities are complete. If I had to pick something, maybe no tablet? But exploring the switches was fun, and there were introductions, like a discovery journey. It was enjoyable finding the switches myself after reading the explanations. As for voice-controlled robots 🤖 delivering meals, what do I need those for?! Suddenly, it occurred to me, from the plane to the hotel, have the slippers 🩴 been downgraded? They're a bit thin 🐶 or maybe I've never seen proper slippers 🩴 before? Hygienic: Clean, no complaints here. Environment: Quiet despite being in a bustling area. The door and courtyard are beautiful, with red lanterns 🏮, and it's easy to find (my dad never found the hotel 🏨 across the street 🤣). Service: The handwritten card from the guest relations department was thoughtful, thank you. The name is as pictured, very grateful; I didn't write it out as it's hard to read. It's more personal than the printed paper 🧻 from the hotel across the street. The small snacks are exquisite, and the panda 🐼 is beautiful! 😍 The canvas bag and toiletries bag are also lovely. I couldn't wait to take the panda 🐼 with me on my trip 🏕️. The anniversary setup was excellent! 👍 And they even upgraded my room. I only stayed one night because the room type I wanted wasn't part of any promotion, and my wallet 👛 couldn't support it 🐶. No one greeted me at the entrance, but after I went into the lobby, Daniel gave me a room tour (is that name correct?), with detailed explanations, which was super suitable for elders. Thank you, sir! 🙏 His service makes me want to choose The House Collective again for my next stay (I'm already planning next year's trip before even getting home (◍•ᴗ•◍)). Mini Bar: The juice was delicious. I don't like Evian water; I should say I don't like sparkling water. I didn't pay attention to other drinks. I'm a little kid who loves 🥰 drinking milk 🥛 and juice. The drinking water 🚰 was in aluminum (I think?), and the bottle was beautiful. Kids' Sofa Bed Setup (reservation required): Didn't experience it. Although it was a family trip, I didn't want to experience the sofa bed. 30-minute ClearLight Infrared Sauna Experience (reservation required): Didn't go. We arrived late, and we were going to Mount Emei the next day, so we didn't experience it.
