This is my second time staying at this B&B. Let me tell you about my experience. [Public Area Style] The decoration style of this B&B is both modern and classical. It combines Chinese and Japanese aesthetics. Whether it is the handrail design of the stairs, the color and material of the walls, or the long tables and chairs and lamps in the restaurant, they are all full of unique creativity. [Room Style] The room is not big, the layout is compact, and the dry and wet areas are separated. There is a big bed facing the window. The room on the 4th floor overlooks Fuxian Lake and also has an angle to watch the sunrise and sunset. The room is clean and tidy, with warm tones, and it feels like home. [Talk about coffee] The store has latte and Americano. The boss recommended the tamarind latte. It is not the kind of strong taste that can be tasted as soon as you drink it. Instead, it has a slightly sour and sweet feeling. It tastes very good. [Talk about the boss] The boss is very enthusiastic, good-looking, and has good clothes. It can be said that the store is like the person, and the person is like the store. Not only can he recommend fun places, but he is also very good at playing games. It turns out that he is a game engineer. I am sorry. [Finally, let me talk about the location] The homestay is on the north bank of Fuxian Lake, close to Kunming and Chengjiang City. It is about 1 kilometer away from the Fuxian Lake. It is a ten-minute walk through a small wetland park in front, which is also very convenient.

I had a wonderful time at Fuxian Lake. The location of the hotel was perfect, just 5-10 min walking to the lake. It was nice to just walk along the lake but it is also convenient to take didi to places that are a bit too far for walking. The breakfast was delicious and the owners were very friendly I even got an upgrade to a bigger room. If I was visiting Fuxian Lake again, I would definitely stay again at XiaXia Hotel!

The hotel is located on the mountain in Xiaowan Village. It has a traditional Chinese garden style and is unique against the ”Santorini style” of other B&Bs. The small courtyard of the B&B is beautifully maintained and the rooms are clean and tidy. It is also convenient to eat in the surrounding Xiaowan Village. Before leaving, I was given a succulent tree as a gift, which made the children very happy.

5-Star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A truly wonderful hotel, impeccably curated down to every detail, from the color palette to the lighting, everything feels thoughtfully designed. The manager was incredibly kind and welcoming from the start, offering us local teas and explaining their origins with genuine passion, which we really appreciated. Breakfast is simple yet very good, with fresh, well-chosen products. Highly recommended: elegant atmosphere, impeccable hospitality, and an attention to guests that truly makes a difference. We’ll gladly return!

The hotel is amazing! The staff is very friendly and helpful! Rooms are clean and very nice decoration, kids are very happy there! The manager Daniel speaks English perfect and help us with any problems! We will come back again 👍🏼

The hotel is located next to the Moon Lake Wetland Park on the west bank of Fuxian Lake, with very convenient transportation. The hotel has a strong sense of design, good front desk service, and Chinese-style design is also rich in fashion elements. The rooms are fully equipped, comfortable, bright, spacious and clean, making it one of the best choices for traveling to Fuxian Lake.

The location is great, just a few minutes walk to the lake. It's very convenient to eat downstairs. The waiters make you feel like home and are not too formal. Whatever you want can be arranged immediately, and the attitude is very good! The food cooked by the chef is good! My chicken soup and local chicken are so fresh and delicious, and the mushroom fried rice is also delicious [强][强][强][强] I recommend it to everyone

The hotel environment and facilities are quite good. We booked a lake view room, which has beautiful scenery both at night and during the day. The scenery from the floor-to-ceiling windows is amazing. There are a lot of food downstairs in the hotel, which is very convenient. At first I was worried that I would have to walk a long way to find food. After arriving at the hotel, there was a row of food stalls on the first floor and outside. Opposite the hotel is the Moon Wetland, so you don't have to walk far to get there. It's very convenient. I will book this hotel again next time I go!

Great view, great location, great value. A spacious room , on 32 floor, with magnificent views and reasonable price in a 33 floor building, a good place to start my journey during high season. A small operation amongs a dozen other hotels in the block run efficiently by hard working lady & her son. Location is prime, there are no shortages of small family runed eateries, small supermarket on site. Expect a long wait for lifts during peak hours for check in & out for high seasons. A great base to explore the lake & surrouings, notably the archaeology museum 2.5 km away, and wetland, lakes, famous stone pot steam fish restaurants
