The lady at the front desk was incredibly warm and efficient with the check-in process. She even proactively helped upgrade our room type. The gentleman also assisted with bringing our luggage to the room. The room itself was very spacious, and the bedding was exceptionally comfortable; the pillows were just right, allowing me to sleep soundly until morning. The air conditioning was wonderfully quiet, and the shower had excellent water pressure. Overall, my stay was incredibly relaxing. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time! Haha 😄

The hotel's overall style is simple yet elegant, and the public areas are clean and bright. The staff, Barry, Yuki, and Kiki, were always smiling, communicated patiently when issues arose, and made for a great holiday stay.

This is our top choice for a family vacation with kids in Fuxian Lake. As the newest five-star hotel, its price is also the lowest among the five-star options, and the architectural style is quite distinctive. We had a room for two adults and one child, and while the room originally included two breakfasts, after a quick chat and request, they kindly provided breakfast for our child as well, which was excellent. The breakfast spread was extensive, and our little one especially loved the yogurt and pancakes. The room itself was much nicer than the pictures, with a spacious balcony. The bedding was comfortable, and the room was quiet, ensuring a great night's sleep for us and the kids. The front desk staff and concierges Yuki, Kiki, and Barry were always responsive and incredibly efficient in resolving any issues. My only suggestion is that the service at the Chinese restaurant was too slow. We ordered their signature 'crossing-the-bridge noodles,' and when we placed the order, we were told it would come with two portions of noodles, but only one arrived. The other portion was delayed significantly, even after several inquiries, and the staff seemed quite unfamiliar with the process. I also hope they can diversify their menu a bit more. We came to Fuxian Lake hoping to try local fish, but the restaurant didn't offer any. I hope they can improve on this!

I stayed at this hotel and the Hilton at Fuxian Lake. Honestly, the hardware here far surpasses the Hilton; the hotel facilities are very new, and the pool is great. The in-room amenities are also perfect for a vacation, including a large-screen TV, Bluetooth speaker, Pu'er tea, simple tea set, and ashtray – everything you need. There isn't really a bad room view; even the mountain view rooms offer a glimpse of Fuxian Lake. The downsides: a few staff members had a lack of warmth in their service, and the quality of the breakfast ingredients was disappointing. For example, the featured beef noodles had beef and offal that were too tough to chew. The breakfast selection was also very limited, and even what was available felt like something bought from a supermarket and simply reheated (of comparable quality). For a peak season price of 800-900 per night for a single room, the room itself is acceptable. You can skip the breakfast as there are plenty of small restaurants nearby.

Extremely satisfied with our stay! The customer service staff, our butlers Barry, Yuki, and Kiki, were incredibly responsive and met all our requests. Free parking was very convenient, though there were a bit few charging stations. They also had exclusive activities and performances for kids, and even a complimentary afternoon tea. The lakeside scenery was stunning, every photo looked like it belonged in a magazine!

Facilities: The mattress was incredibly comfortable; I slept wonderfully for all three nights. The shower room design showed great attention to detail, with the controls placed far from the showerhead. All three showerheads could be turned on simultaneously, making it feel like showering in a waterfall. Ambiance: This was absolutely unbeatable. The landscape design was incredible, truly a different view at every turn. Located right on Fuxian Lake, it was perfect for photos. A five-minute drive up the mountain at night offered views of the Milky Way, and I was lucky enough to catch a meteor shower during my stay. Service: This was the only somewhat disappointing aspect of the hotel, starting with the food. The breakfast menu didn't change for three days; not a single dish was different. I basically filled up on eggs and noodles every day. The buffet dinner was also just average. The buffet was really poor value for money; you'd honestly be better off ordering à la carte at the Chinese restaurant next door. The Chinese restaurant's food was fantastic; I ate there three times and every dish was a delightful surprise, exceeding expectations. The most inadequate part of the hotel's service was that, for a resort costing over a thousand yuan a night, many rooms faced a construction site. Why wasn't this disclosed when booking? They only mentioned it during check-in. The room felt dusty as soon as I entered, and it almost ruined my vacation mood on the first day. Thankfully, they eventually moved me to a different room.

The hotel's facilities are well-maintained, and the interior design is simple yet luxurious. Outside, under the blue sky and white clouds, there's a relaxed atmosphere everywhere you look, perfect for enjoying slow-paced activities like swimming and playing cards. Barry, Yuki, and Kiki from the staff are proactive, gentle, and polite. There are also various activities offered. This is truly a top choice for a relaxing getaway.

This hotel is fantastic! We drove and parking was very convenient. The room was spacious and the soundproofing was excellent; even though there was construction next door during our stay, we didn't hear a thing. The butlers, Kiki, Yuki, and Barry, added us on WeChat even before we checked in. Their service was incredibly efficient and they helped us resolve many issues. It was definitely the most satisfying hotel of our trip.
