這家家裡有在昆明做醫生的，所以衞生搞得是十分到位。各種小地方十分精緻，非常推薦。就是熱水要稍微放一會兒才熱。吃飯在地下一樓 早上免費贈送米線，和一個煮蛋。一路還長期備有香蕉橘子供客人免費食用。距離筆架山和湖邊都是走路距離。

酒店是一個比較温馨的民宿，老闆特別的熱情，大堂裏面給客人準備了茶水和水果。我們到的晚，老闆還幫我們房間做了升級，並且幫我們找地方停車，很有人情味。
房間在民宿中也算是整潔乾淨的了，唯一比較需要注意的就是民宿沒有電梯，住在高樓層辦運行李比較辛苦。民宿隔音也比較差，早晨起來景區裏面比較熱鬧，還是會有聲音影響睡眠。
早餐是老闆贈送的，肉醬米線口味很不錯。總體來説為了老闆的熱情和盡心要給個好評，隔音如果能做的好一點，就更好了。

進景區大門左拐一百米，很方便，到湖邊走幾百米就到，所以很安靜不吵，老闆一家人都挺好，象家庭旅館。設施實用，乾淨整潔，走路到筆架山也就十分鐘。總之非常推薦
