Hilton Yuxi Fuxian Lake

The hotel has a great location right by Fuxian Lake, and the scenery is stunning. The service was warm and attentive, and the room was very large, spacious, and bright. Overall, everything was wonderful. Five-star rating!

The environment is absolutely stunning, with so many photogenic spots within the hotel itself. You could have an in-depth Fuxian Lake experience just by staying here. The facilities and amenities are also great. During the National Day holiday, the robot shows, live band performances, and various other activities were all excellent.

Staying at a hotel with my dog, pet-friendliness was my top priority. My furry friend not only received a dedicated dog bed and toys, but also disposable water and food bowls which gave me peace of mind. The staff showed an unexpected level of enthusiasm and affection towards my dog; their genuine welcome truly warmed my heart. The hotel boasts a large, lush lawn specifically for dogs to play on, and thoughtfully provides poop bags and trash cans within the park's grassy areas. This attentiveness to pet owners' needs made the stay incredibly enjoyable for both me and my pet, and definitely deserves a thumbs-up! Beyond the pet care, the hotel itself has solid offerings. The lake view from the room window was like a painting, and both the facilities and service were up to standard five-star quality.

Visiting during the off-season gives you the feeling of having Fuxian Lake all to yourself. Both the room and restaurant views are absolutely stunning, with incredible scenery day and night. You could easily spend a whole day just relaxing and enjoying the peace at the hotel.

The room was clean and tidy, and the staff were warm and attentive. The hotel was very thoughtful, offering a complimentary buffet dinner to executive floor guests, which was a fantastic touch. It was great to come back from a day of travel and immediately have a meal, some favorite tea or coffee, and even some red wine. The hotel faces Fuxian Lake, offering beautiful scenery. In the evenings, the hotel also organized activities.

Pros: The Fuxian Lake scenery is unbeatable, the staff are very good, and the hygiene is excellent. Cons: The hot water in the room is just okay, and the decor is indeed old. There's no doorstop, so I had to hold the door open every time, which was tiring. The breakfast seemed to have a lot of variety, but it wasn't tasty. With seventy-something rooms on one floor, there are only three elevators in the middle. You have to walk quite a distance to reach the elevator bank.

The journey was so tiring that we needed a place for the kids to play, and the children's play area was so much fun they didn't want to leave. The room balcony offers great views and beautiful scenery. The breakfast selection was also rich and delicious. It truly lives up to its reputation as the most beautiful Hilton.

I came to this Hilton, reputedly the most beautiful in China, and my real experience upon arrival was that the service was excellent. Any issues were promptly resolved 👍🏻. This proactive attitude was truly impressive. I'm very satisfied. The hotel has a European-style ambiance, and the cleanliness is top-notch, very clean and comfortable, with warm and thoughtful service. The environment goes without saying; it's the best hotel in Fuxian Lake, boasting a private beach with great privacy 👍🏻. Hilton is perfect for a relaxing stay, and I hope to choose Hilton again next time.

The hotel's location is excellent. It would be even better if there was a wider variety of breakfast options. The front desk service was very responsive, and they even offered a travel photography service. We booked a morning session, and the photographer was incredibly patient and captured many great shots! The young lady who helped us select the photos was also very enthusiastic. We've preserved some wonderful memories, thank you so much! 🩷
