The hotel faces Fuxian Lake, backed by the Sun Mountain Town, and next to it is the Sakura Valley. There are restaurants in Xiaowan Village and Dawan Village. It is recommended.

Fuxian Lake Hilton was the hotel I had my eye on from the beginning, but the polarized reviews made me nervous. Only after experiencing it myself can I say that I don't regret this reservation. First of all, the location of the hotel is amazing. There is always an excellent lake view. You can see the lake bay during the day and the stars at night. The greening is great, and a group of girls taking pictures prove that the photos are great. Secondly, the service that made me nervous was no problem at all. From entering the door to checking in to the room, someone accompanied us throughout the whole process to check in smoothly. They were polite and enthusiastic, especially Miss Annie in the lobby. When she heard that our group had children who needed an extra bed, she immediately helped to negotiate and upgrade the family room. She settled in quickly and responded to our requests. The breakfast was very Western-style. There is no shortage of Chinese food in domestic hotels. The variety of Western food will make people shine. The oatmeal porridge is very good. To be honest, next time I come to Fuxian Lake, I don't need to go anywhere. I can just lie down in Hilton.

The service quality was not affected at all despite the large number of customers during the May Day holiday. All aspects were satisfactory. The Internet is much better than outside. The breakfast has a rich variety and the taste can be improved.

The most important thing is that the hotel itself has a beautiful view, and there is no need to go to the tourist attractions to squeeze in. It is very nice to take pictures. There are many activities for children to play, there is a bubble pool outdoors, a private beach outside the hotel, and a swimming pool and a playground indoors. When the children are playing inside, the adults can take pictures. Hilton's service is really nothing to say. Every service staff I met during the period was very nice, whether it was the grandfather who cooked rice noodles or the staff passing by, they were all very friendly. The most touching thing is that I accidentally got injured at night and couldn't find a pharmacy nearby. The hotel staff sent me medicine and ice cubes again and again. Thank you very much🙏
