Bo Lian Chen Inn

This inn is located at the entrance of Mafang Village, right by the lotus pond and close to the lake. The facilities meet four-star standards, and the bathroom has a wet/dry separation. There are plenty of recreational areas; the 4th floor has a study where you can play cards (Pic 5), and the entire 5th floor is a rooftop garden (Pic 7, no elevator) with an expansive view of Fuxian Lake. It's perfect for a long stay or just relaxing.

The surroundings are beautiful, and the room is well-equipped. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep.

I booked the hotel in advance, but unfortunately, the family rooms were sold out. The hotel thoughtfully and proactively added an extra bed, which instantly made a great impression. The hotel was clean and tidy, with a lovely ambiance. The rooms were spotless and well-equipped, with thoughtful touches like disposable bath bags, sewing kits, and band-aids. The rooms were very tranquil, and opening the window revealed a lotus pond, making for an exceptionally pleasant stay.

The guesthouse is right at the entrance of Mafang Village, making it very convenient to get around!

The guesthouse has a great location and a thoughtfully designed decor. Opening the windows reveals a view of lotus leaves, and the rooftop offers both relaxation and sightseeing opportunities. The owners are warm and welcoming, and parking is convenient. It's very close to Fuxian Lake, though I forgot to take photos.

The room was average, not what the internet-famous inn advertised. The rooftop amenities were already dilapidated. The inn is located inside the village, making eating out very inconvenient. They let me stay even though they knew the air conditioning was broken. When I asked to move, they said they were full and couldn't, and their attitude was indifferent. The next day, when I asked when breakfast would be served, I received a very impatient response. Check-out was by 2:00 PM, but the owner called and asked me to bring my luggage out by 1:30 PM because someone else was staying. This inn feels like it's from the last century. I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service and plan to file a complaint.

I stayed here for a few days a few years ago and it was great, so I came back this time. It's still relatively quiet during the ***** New Year holiday. It's close to the market, but a bit far from the tourist attractions. It's actually a good place to stay if you're driving during the holiday. During the ***** New Year holiday, the roads are incredibly crowded, and parking is difficult to find anywhere, with so many people and cars. There are delicious restaurants nearby, and this is the only place in the village with good accommodations. Breakfast also has local specialties, and the lotus root starch is delicious. I've already bought some.
